Our condo sustained NO hurricane damage from Helene or Milton! We were incredibly fortunate and only clean-up efforts were needed on the property grounds.

This amazing Siesta Key luxury beachfront condo is directly on world-famous Crescent Beach located mid-Key, just north of the south bridge and walking distance from South Village with fast access on and off of the island. This Siesta Key vacation rental condo is located in the Siesta Dunes Condominium Complex. There is a spectacular view of the powder white sand and azure waters of the Gulf. You will be only a few mere steps from the beach, large circular saltwater pool and hot tub as well as beach deck and pavilion.

The Siesta Dunes Condo complex is a gated community and is one of the premier beachfront properties on Siesta Key, boasting exceptional amenities. The private club house is a favorite gathering place where guests are invited to enjoy a free cup of coffee in the morning while watching the large, flat panel HD TV, borrow books from the lending library, free WIFI, and more. In addition to the large saltwater pool and hot tub, it has the largest beach deck on Siesta Key (4,000 square feet) and a spacious pavilion perfect for escaping the sun during the day, gathering with friends for an evening beach side BBQ or the perfect ambiance for a romantic evening. In addition to three BBQ grills beach side, additional grills are located in the garden areas. Siesta Dunes also has tennis and pickleball courts that can be reserved in advance. When it's time to head to the beach, it will be all ready for you. Beach chairs and loungers are set up each morning and are available for free on a first come first served basis. Umbrellas, cabannas, and chairs are available for rent during certain times of the year.

Attractions and conveniences within walking distance include shops, fine dining, a marina, fishing charters, jet ski rentals, boat rentals, para sailing, dolphin tours, intimate night clubs with dancing and free lighted tennis courts. You can avail yourself to the miles of biking and jogging paths or miles of beaches to walk on and enjoy. Over 20 golf courses are within a 20 minute drive. Across the bridge on the mainland, Sarasota and the surrounding area has unmatched cultural activities.

This two bedroom unit is exceptionally appointed with a king size bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom. The unit has 2 full bathrooms. Both bedrooms and the living room come equipped with a smart TV. It includes fully furnished kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, four burner stove, and all cooking utensils, silverware and dishes.

Sleep at night with the ocean surf right outside your window! A laundry with a washer and dryer is located a few steps from the front door. Free WIFI is included. The condo lies just 90 minutes from Tampa, two and a half hours from Orlando. It is only twenty-five minutes from Sarasota airport. Great restaurants and golf courses are always nearby. It is not unusual to be able to watch dolphins swim by in the gulf while you are sunbathing on the beach.

Siesta Dunes is in the middle of Siesta Key on Crescent Beach. The view from your backyard beach is ideal for spectacular sunsets!

Absolutely loved being on the ground floor and very close to the pool and the beach. Unit was beautifully decorated and fully equipped. Host responded quickly to my questions. The only slight issue that didnā€™t work in our favor was that my grown boys barely fit in the twin beds.

A little bit of Paradise

We love Siesta Key, the beach is magnificent, the weather wonderful, the people friendly. There are so many delicious restaurants, music everywhere and you don't have to drive anywhere. You can call the golf carts, vans to pick you up from anywhere and you only have to tip the driver. Perfection!

Absolutely wonderful!

The renovation is just beautiful ! The tile floors to the back splash in the kitchen very nice colors. The view from the door when you walk in is amazing you see right to a full wall of glass doors to a breath talking view of the landscape and the water , just beautiful! We were on a girls trip which we do every year for a week and this is by far the nicest and most spacious condo we will definitely be back !!!

Fantastic Condo!

Loved staying at this condo for a Spring getaway April 26th - May 3rd 2025. The place is lovely and exactly as described online. It is newly renovated and steps away from the beach which we loved. The condo is well equipped for kitchen supplies, towels, comfortable beds and first floor location. The pool is also steps away from the unit. It's close to the elevators and a washer/dryer if you need that. I also liked that the office was close by. The people in the office were very professional and accommodating. Planning to rent this condo again next year. Julie

Stayed 7/17/22-7/24/22. Good location. Beach was beautiful, not crowded and was always able to get chairs and spot on beach. I would rent umbrella for the week next time as that gets set up for you. Condo was nice and clean. Note only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll paper towels and one trash bag provided. No laundry in condo but unit has community laundry room which was clean. I would stay at this property again.

Spring Break 2022

Siesta Dunes beach & pool areas are beautiful & well maintained. The location of the condo was perfect - close to the pool & with a view of the beach. I loved the coffee machine in the clubhouse - I made a latte every day! Spencer was responsive to all of our questions & a great host. Overall, a fantastic experience & I would book this condo again without hesitation.

Location was great! Just stepped out the back door and was just a few feet from the pool and then a very short walk to the beach. Condo was clean and in excellent shape. We had a great time and would visit again!!!

Great property

Building 2 is perfect. Faces pool and short walk to beach. Free paddle ball rental was fun w on site courts. Ice machine in clubhouse was great. Unit was good size. Kitchen and bathroom sinks need to be updated but it didnā€™t hamper our stay. We would go back.

Awesome location, complex and host

My family enjoyed the location, layout and spaciousness of the unit. The host was very responsive and helpful/quick with a answers. Few steps from the pool and beach, great views and my grandson loved being able to walkout to the green grass, pool and beach. Rooms are large. The furniture is out dated, guest bathroom (especially the sink!) needs to be upgraded.

My husband and I do a minimum of one trip per year to Siesta Key and have been doing this for over 20 years. We have stayed at multiple placesā€¦Siesta Dunes definitely is in the top three. The room was very spacious and to see the ocean from our ground floor room was amazing!!! Spencer, was extremely quick and kind with responses through VRBO. Iā€™m sure weā€™ll be back. (-:

A little slice of paradise!!

This is a fabulous location!! Just steps away from the pool and not much further to the most beautiful beach in America!! We found it very convenient to be ground level and you could still see the Gulf. The sunsets are those that will will want to capture and never forget!! The condo was very clean and had a cool beachy vibe. They had a bunch of beach accessories in the parking storage room. Umbrella, boogie boards, stuff to build sand castles, and a large cooler. We bought a smaller cooler to use though. Plenty of chairs at the beach. You can rent more sturdy umbrellas for the windy days. We opted to rent beach cabanas. They were $35 per day but offered great shade for two if you wanted to get out of the sun for a little bit. Spencer was awesome at communicating and answers very quickly. Don't hesitate to rent. We will be back and have shared his listing with family members. Enjoy your stay!!

Great Stay

We were very happy with this condo. It had everything we needed, including a beach umbrella. It was clean and we felt very comfortable there. The walk out to the beach and the grounds were also great. We would be very happy to stay there again. *The only very small wishes (that would not keep us from staying there again) were a pizza cutter (although there were 2 pairs of scissors that worked) and blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Overall, Five Stars!!!
