Welcome to Coco Caye Villa, where paradise meets luxury on the idyllic shores of Ambergris Caye, Belize.
This presentation offers a glimpse into your dream vacation at our stunning beachfront property.

Situated in the Mata Grande area and former coconut plantation, just 4.5 miles north of San Pedro town. Coco Caye Villa is a private, beachfront haven. Easily accessible via golf cart rental, taxi or boat. Caye Villas comprises 5 privately owned villas with Coco Caye Villa and only 1 other being directly beachfront.

The villa boasts a meticulously designed 2-bedroom, 3 full bath beachfront villa offering ample space for relaxation overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The master bedroom features a brand new king-sized bed, while the guest room also has a king-sized bed accompanied by private ensuite full bathroom.
For additional sleeping space, there's a queen pullout couch in the upstairs great room with 3rd full bath.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY, A Baby porta crib with custom mattress pad is exclusively available to our guests.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen. Prepare meals at your convenience with a complete kitchen setup, or if you prefer a private chef can come and prepare your special dinner for you.

Free Wifi, cable tv and individual air conditioning for each room.

Every other day maid service provided which includes taking care of your laundry while you're out having the adventure of a life time.

Coco Caye Villa features a large private freshwater pool (20' x 40') perfect for swimming and lounging.

We recently added a beautiful outdoor warm water shower/garden area for a rinse after a fun day in the ocean or exploring.

Guest have exclusive use of our stand-up paddle board and 2 double seater kayaks. The reef is a short paddle out and provides exquisite marine life within Belize's world renowned 2nd largest barrier reef second only to the Great Barrier reef in Australia. Arrangements can be made for additional kayaks for the larger parties.

Nearby markets and restaurants provide all you need for your stay, anything from the boutique market (Winey Gringa) located 2 minutes from our house to a full service grocery market 10 minutes by golf cart down the road.
Food and supplies can be ordered and delivered directly to the house via several grocery markets in town.

Our on property caretaker, Damian will help you with anything needed during your stay. He's available to make arrangements for excursions such as snorkeling, diving, fishing and mainland trips.

A local dive shop is also located 1 property north of Caye Villas.

The property also benefits from patrolled security in the evening and damian's watchful eye in the day time.
