Meander in through the beautiful gardens, past the pool and into your own beautiful two-story, 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom sanctuary. Enjoy the outdoor dining on the deck above the waves, or sit at the spacious table in the great room overlooking the sea. Sip coffee as you gaze through the windows at the beautiful barrier reef right in front of the property and the grounds that are meticulously maintained by our wonderful caretaker Damian.

This finely detailed villa features three master suites, Spanish terra cotta roof tiles, tile flooring, Mexican tile in the bathrooms and kitchen, an incredible pool, astonishing views of the Caribbean Sea, air conditioning, wonderful furnishings, beautiful artwork from local Belizian artists and every amenity you would need for a perfect vacation. The main level includes a large great room with sweeping views of the sea, an interior dining area, a fully stocked kitchen and a full bathroom with a shower. There is also a futon for extra guests. The covered veranda overlooks the pool and offers an outdoor dining area and a hammock where you can feel the ocean breezes as you nap in the shade. A king ensuite master is also located on the main level with its own private balcony overlooking the back of the property and a bathroom with a double vanity and spacious shower.

The lower level features two additional ensuite master bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms open up to the pool and include a king bed, large private bathroom with double sinks and a spacious shower, and private access to the lower outdoor patio.

Costa Caye Villa is conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants so you can enjoy all that Ambergris Caye has to offer! Secret Beach is just minutes away via golf cart.

Costa Caye's property manager, Janice, can arrange excursions on the islands as well as the the mainland. Zip lining, cave tubing and Mayan ruins can all be experienced during your stay at Costa Caye.
