Amazing View from Oceanfront condo with Great location!

This condo will not disappoint; surround yourself in comfort and enjoy the amazing views of the Caribbean Sea from the spacious veranda.
A clean fresh space is very important to me; I employ an amazing lady that has impeccable standards
Located on the North side of the island - less than 2 miles from the airport. Close enough to town for convenience but far enough away to be removed from noise and congestion.
The condo is located on the 3rd floor (approx 1700 sq ft) The master suite provides a king bed with private bath including large walk in shower, a walk in closet along with a private veranda off the master that has a view of the lagoon and amazing sunsets. The second bedroom has a queen bed and full bath directly across the hallway.
There is air conditioning throughout or you can open the sliding doors and let the ocean breeze gently lull you to sleep.
The Condo has tile floors throughout along with hardwood cabinets; crown molding and all local handcrafted furnishings. There is a beautiful wall mural painted by local artists along with other very nice paintings that give a flavor for the talented artisans that San Pedro offers.
If you enjoy cooking, the spacious kitchen offers modern appliances and plenty of cookware and gadgets to assist in your culinary creations. There is a large dining room table and also a patio dining set on the veranda if you choose to dine out doors.
If you enjoy bird watching, you can sit on the veranda and enjoy your morning coffee being dazzled by hummingbirds and other various birds - like the nature channel up close in real time!
The property has a 300 ft pier allows for viewing water habitat - also fishing and snorkeling as well as access for most local tours for diving; snorkeling or ruin adventure pick ups.
The condo is located on the top level which provides a quiet space and also the best views of the sea.
The location is very close to great dining options that offer fine dining as well as local cuisine.
Enjoy leisure walks along the sea - nice pathways are open for walking both north and south along the waterfront.

A MUST STAY!!!

Oceanaire 11 is a wonderful condo with all the amenities! The grounds are beautiful with plenty of activities and restaurants with in walking distance. The host made my stay helping me every step of the way from getting off the jet and jumping in the local airline to the island along with a golf cart from a local rental company. I was greeted at San Pedro airport and guided to the property. Friendly helpful people and what a relaxing vacation all because I choose the Oceanaire!!!

Great condo, nice and quiet location but still close to town. Well kept and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Wonderful layout for two couples. Dive shop picked us up on the condo’s dock. Would stay here again.

Our stay in San Pedro, Belize, was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, Lori and her team provided exceptional service. Communication was seamless, and they took care of all the details, including booking our Air Tropic flight and arranging a golf cart rental, which was ready for us at the airport. Upon arrival, we were greeted and guided to the property, where the team remained on-site for any assistance we needed throughout our stay. Security was also present, which added peace of mind.The condo itself was beautiful and spacious, with comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning, and stunning views. We loved being within walking distance of a couple of restaurants, and with the golf cart, it was an easy ride to many more. One of the highlights was the pier, which made for convenient fishing excursion pickups. We were also pleasantly surprised by the minimal sargassum during our visit.San Pedro was lovely, and we plan to return. And without a doubt, we’d stay here again! Highly recommend.

Great Place

The location was great! We have stayed in San Pedro seven times now and this location was in a sweet spot compared to others we have stayed. The place was clean, no bugs. View was great. Lots of iguanas on the grounds, makes for fun walks. My ONLY con for this stay is that I didn’t feel friendliness from the groundskeeper/manager. They were not mean, I would just say no one ever checked in to make sure things were going ok. At other locations I have stayed the groundskeeper became friends with us and would always check in making sure we didn’t need anything. Also, one roll of paper towel is not enough, so bring an extra! But I would totally stay here again! If it’s your first time in Belize you just might need a little more attention.

Perfection in San Pedro!

Everything about this place was perfect and the staff does an amazing job from the initial pickup at the airport to arranging excursions to the sad moment in which you must leave. Location was very convenient to lots of great restaurants and bars. Unit was immaculate at check in. I highly recommend a stay here.

Wonderful Stay at Oceanaire

We had a wonderful stay at Oceanaire in San Pedro Town! The area is absolutely enchanting, and we felt lucky to experience its charm before it’s widely discovered. Exploring by golf cart was a blast, and we loved activities like snorkeling and visiting El Norte. Dining was fantastic—The Truck Stop, Aji’s, and Rum Dog were highlights, and The Palapa was perfect for drinks.The condo is stunning—beautifully designed, comfortable, and well-stocked. The balcony overlooking the ocean was a favorite spot, and the quiet pool made for a relaxing escape. The complex itself is peaceful and never busy, which added to the overall charm.Jim and Lori, the hosts, were amazing. They met us at the airport, helped us get oriented, and even arranged our Tropic Air flights, making everything seamless and stress-free.The only downside was the bugs (no-see-ums), which left us with dozens of bites each. Be sure to pack a strong bug repellent to stay comfortable.Overall, Oceanaire is a fantastic place to stay, offering great value and an exceptional experience. We highly recommend it and hope to return someday!

Great condo!

This rental was top notch from the moment I booked until the moment we left San Pedro! Lori and Seleni communicated information and offered to help book things almost immediately. They took care of reserving our TropicAir flight and our golf cart. They are a huge asset to this rental. Once we walked into the condo we felt as if we ditched the real world. The condo was super clean and the view was spectacular. We had everything we needed to cook the few meals we did, but mostly we enjoyed the wonderful local food. This place is a true 10/10 and we will definitely be back!

Lovely condo

What a lovely condo this is! It is exactly as the pictures show. Everything is of the highest quality. The view out to the sea is glorious. So very peaceful, even with most of the units full with guests. Lori was so helpful with pre-trip preparations. She arranged our golf cart rental & domestic flights within Belize. She was always in easy reach via text should a need arise. San Pedro is a colorful & busy town. Golf carts cram the streets, sometimes even creating mini traffic jams. Traveling the roads to or through town & beyond was always an amusing adventure. A few things to note: 1) Prices are ridiculously high: A box of cereal was $13.00 US; a liter of boxed milk was $5.00; a small appetizer was $20.00. Plan accordingly. 2) The sargassum was thick & smelly for the majority of our stay (late April/early May). Quite nauseating, actually. We spent little time out on the lovely balcony as a result. Dining outside at a beach restaurant was out of the question. I'm told earlier in the year (eg, Feb) the sargassum us'ly is not as bad. 3) There were many power outages while we were there, with one lasting all day & all night, including no water (think toilets). Since the inside of the condo was hot & stifling, we had to sleep outside on the balcony. The stench of the sargassum was so overwhelming I slept with a covid-type mask. The condo complex does not have a back-up generator. I highly recommend this condo to any & all. We will be back!

Perfect spot on San Pedro

Oceanaire condos is clean, quiet, everything we needed for our 11 day stay. The hosts are amazing, set us up with golf cart and flights to the island, always available for questions and recommendations. The place is close to downtown, but far enough away to have some quiet time. The pool is refreshing. All of our excursions picked us up from the dock at the condo. Cannot recommend this place more...its the best!

What an amazing place to stay. Lori and Seleni obviously take great pride in being top hosts. The top floor condo has amazing East facing views. The pool is right out the front door and the ocean just steps from that. Best part… Lori took it on to be our concierge. She met us upon our arrival on the island and was there for us until the moment we left. He had our golf carts ready for us along with her cart for our luggage. She made sure we hade everything we needed. Seleni arranged our excursions that were AMAZING! This trip would never have been as amazing as it was if we didn't have Lori and Seleni there to answer our questions and help us with whatever we needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE CONSIDERING SAN PEDRO to STAY HERE!! Thank you.

Perfect property for a beach vacation

The minute we saw this listing we knew we wanted to stay here. And it did not disappoint once we arrived. The balcony was large and comfortable. Each part of the condo was nicely furnished and the beds were very comfortable. Although we did not cook anything, the kitchen had everything needed. The pool area was very nice, also. There is nothing we would change about this property. A list of recommended restaurants was provided and we tried several of them and were satisfied with our choices. The management company, represented by Sel and Lori, was responsive. They arranged for our flights to and from Belize City, met us at the airport, and arranged for our golf cart rental. The location of the property was right on the beach, although this wasn't a very swimmable beach. We observed many kinds of birds flying by and got some great pictures right from the balcony and the pool area. We were a fairly short distance north of San Pedro downtown and we went back and forth a few times when we went on a snorkeling excursion and wanted to do some shopping. We also went further north to Secret Beach and had a great day there. Overall, we had a wonderful visit and recommend this property to anyone who is looking for R&R and peacefulness.

Wonderful week of sun and relaxation

The property was just as described and even more beautiful in person. Condo was Spacious, clean, and well equipped to enjoy meals at home in addition to eating out. Many Restaurants nearby. The pool was my go to spot and never crowded. We had the opportunity to meet many of the owners during our week and they were fantastic. Lori/Seleni’s concierge services were key in setting up flights, the golf cart, and getting us to/from the airport. Definitely the plus of booking this location. I definitely recommend this building to friends/family in the future.

This was our 1st trip to AC. We spent 12 days here, sounds like a cliche but...Seriously the pictures don't do this condo justice. The views were amazing, the lanai was huge with comfy furniture. The interior was very spacious that left us lacking nothing. Plenty of linens, condo was clean, and the kitchen was VERY well stocked, even enough coffee for the 1st morning before we got to the market. The true asset that stands out here is Lori. She helped us even before we arrived. She arranged our golf cart rental, a sunset cruise, and was waiting for us at the San Pedro airport to eliminate any uncertainty of arriving in a different country. We followed her to our condo and she help us orient to the different options on the island. In hindsight I hate to think of our experience stepping out of the airport without her assistance and kindness. She was available during our entire stay. We loved AC, we hope to come back, we will absolutely look forward to booking here again.

Great stay north of town

We stayed 8 days around Christmas 2022. Clean, quiet place with awesome ocean views. Management very responsive and arranged our golf cart rental and picked us up at the San Pedro airport. Note they offer to book Tropic Air flights for you and can get a better deal on the changeable tickets than what is posted online. We enjoyed this rental - thank you!

Great place and great space!

This was my first visit to Belize, to Ambergris Caye, and it was marvelous! It was rather windy most days, and the occasional rain storm passing through, but we still enjoyed our time! The manager was great about communication, helping us get from the airport on nearly the last flight from Belize City to San Pedro, and picked us up with our rented golf cart (that she arranged) and helped us get all our luggage and to the condo. What fabulous service! Using the Whatsapp for communication made it great, just connecting to any wifi while at different restaurants, and in the condo. I wish we had better snorkeling weather, (we went in early December), but the adventure of golf cart driving up the island and down the island was a hoot! Yes, I would stay here again most definitely!

San Pedro Getaway

Our recent trip to Belize met all of our expectations. The Oceanaire condo was just as pictured/described. Really liked the location as we were close enough to town but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Lori and Seleni were very helpful in getting our golf cart rental arranged as well as Seleni getting me in touch with the company for our day excursion to the mainland. The condo was so comfortable that it was like being home with an oceanview. Would definitely return to Oceanaire when returning to San Pedro.

I am retired and caring for my 94 year old mother - who is still very spirited and keeps me on my toes! I can't spend much time away so that prompted me to open up my home in San Pedro for others to enjoy.
I worked in the fast paced world of construction for over 35 years as manager and CFO - I started going to Belize over 18 years ago and just fell in love with the sand; sea and mostly the people and culture.
The people of San Pedro are very friendly and welcoming (unlike some other Caribbean countries I visited) after many visits I decided to finally make the commitment to purchase and have never regretted that decision.
Trips to this destination provide the rest and down time that I very much needed. It's so funny that with all the pressures I faced, it seems that when my feet hit the sand all the stress and concern that I had when I left main stream America just goes away. Beach amnesia! I have an affinity for the Sagebrush Community Church that has been planted there from their main church in Albuquerque NM and a percent of your rental will be given to that organization as they are doing so much to support the local community.

As I said before, I spent my career in the construction industry and am familiar with building from the ground up. It took me several trips to San Pedro looking at properties before I made the decision to purchase. Oceanaire was under construction when I purchased and I could tell it was some of the best construction I saw on the island and I have not been disappointed.
It also is a smaller property with 12 units and we have great owners that show pride of ownership. It has a home like feel as opposed to a resort environment which is personal choice. If you want more private quiet accommodations without all the busy activity of a resort then this is the place for you.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Costa Norte Management - Read the reviews and you will see what I mean. They are my management company who will cover any questions; also they can assist in making reservations for local hopper flight from international to San Pedro, golf cart rental and tours. Additionally, we are close to town for ease of access but far enough away that you don't have the noise and foot or vehicle traffic. We are very close to some of the best dining options on the island.
