Beautifully updated mountain modern home, downtown location!

Gorgeous mountain modern home. Open, bright home with amazing views of the Breckenridge Ski Area.
The main level is an open space sharing the kitchen, dining and living areas. The dining table seats six comfortably, and the kitchen bar has seating for three. The kitchen is fully equipped with any supplies you may need. The living room has a gas fireplace surrounded by cozy seating. Warm up by the fireplace after a day adventuring around Breckenridge. The television is a smart tv and equipped with an added sound system. The large deck directly off this main level has a bbq grill, large dining table and a sitting area. Enjoy afternoon happy hour watching the sky come alive with the day’s last light from our beautiful deck.
The sleeping breakdown is a master suite with king size bed on the middle level. Another master suite with queen bed on the top level, both rooms equipped with a television. Each en-suite has spectacular views of the ski area off the private decks. On the bottom level you will find a bedroom with two twin beds, living room with sleeper sofa and tv, bathroom, and full size washer and dryer. There are plenty of board games for your entertainment. We also have a pack-n-play and baby gate for groups traveling with children.
This home offers one of the best locations in Breckenridge. Walk down the neighborhood footpath into town or take the free ride to all that Breckenridge and Summit County have to offer. We are located at the south end of town, steps away from the Quicksilver Chairlift and Maggie Pond area. The Breckenridge Brewery and Main Street Station restaurants are an easy walk from our home. Trail access and the sledding hill at Carter Park are right around the corner, as well as the Breckenridge Ice Rink and adjoining outdoor playground.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this VRBO.We lit the fireplace every day as it crackled in the warmth of this cozy two-story home. Had all the amenities we were looking for. My husband and I felt like we were at home in this VRBO. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Condo!

This property met our needs perfectly with great rooms separation. It was clean and comfortable with much appreciated kitchen amenities! We would definitely stay here again because the location to everything was super convenient.

Great mountain house!

Great for Family and Skiing

Property was great and the shuttle down the street made getting to and from the mountain with ease. Carroll’s property was clean and had all the comforts of home! Would gladly stay again.

Property was exactly as advertised. It was a great location and Carole was an excellent host, easy to communicate with. She personally showef up when we had a small issue with the fireplace. We will definitely be back!!

In town for a father/son get together and the home was perfect for us! Compared to other places I’ve used in town, this has been the best. Very well equipped and decorated. With questionable weather this week, we couldn’t have been more comfortable. Definitely coming back.

Definitely Want to Rent Again!!!

The property manager was super responsive and accommodating. The house was stocked with spices/seasonings, sleds, bedding, etc. we felt right at home and it was located in close proximity to amenities and there was a freeride.com bus stop just steps away! We want to definitely rent this house again! Highly recommend!

Great house and communication

Our family of five loved staying in this house. Carroll was very prompt and courteous before, during, and after our stay. Check-in was a breeze. It was great being within easy walking distance to Main Street, and also to the ice skating center. Frisco is an easy 15 minute drive, and their recreation park was a major highlight of our trip. Worth noting that the house is in a very quiet neighborhood.

Cozy house within 5 minutes walk from downtown and ski lift

We have spent 4 nights in this house. The house is very clean, comfortable beds, very good kitchen with enough cooking equipment. Plenty of space for us to rest and gather around cozy fireplace. It only 5 minutes walk from the lift and 5 minutes from local grocery and 5 minutes from the Main Street stores and restaurants. Carrol, the manager of the property was super nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay a lot and look forward to go back for more snow fun

Second Time Around

This was our second year staying at this property and it was just as great as the first time. We had a total of eight people -- four adults and four teenagers and the house fit us all very comfortably. It's in such a great location ... we stored our skis at the ski shop and walked to the slopes each morning and home in the afternoon. We also walked into town each night to check out all the great restaurants. I can't say enough good things ... we hope to return again next year. Thanks for sharing such a great house!

Awesome House

We had two families stay (4 adults, 3 teens) for a long weekend and we thought the house was perfect. The location was great -- a very short walk into town. It was nice not having to drive at all. The shuttle bus stop was right around the corner for getting to/from the slopes. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of bathrooms and the downstairs area was really nice for the kids. We had no problems with the temperature at all -- very comfortable on all levels of the house. The gas fireplace was nice to sit around in the evenings. Becky was very easy to work with and we hope to come back again next year. We highly recommend this property!

Charming, but needs updating

It's a charming home and completely accommodated our needs, but there's a few things that need attention. The most important are the 2 twin beds in the basement. The mattresses are terrible and not comfortable at all. Getting a good night sleep after skiing all day is vital. Most all the fixtures in the bathrooms are loose and likely just need to be tightened. The basement shower/tub holds water so the drain needs to be cleared. A Keurig would be a nice addition. Again, the property is very nice, very accommodating, but just needs some minor maintenance and updating.

Fantastic Home

This home was fantastic! The decor was beautifully updated and the entire property was clean; we felt right at home. The property manager, Becky, was very accommodating and helpful. We were traveling with an infant and Becky provided us with a pack and play, which she had onsite when we arrived. drove to the gondola each day, but there was a "free ride" bus stop within walking distance, we just chose not to use it. The property is within walking distance to the downtown shopping area as well as the Breckenridge Brewery. The home is equipped with ample dishes, pots/pans and linens. There were also sleds in the garage if you wanted to take your children sledding. We certainly enjoyed our stay and would stay at this property again. The only downfalls to mention are below. 1. The wifi was not working. We contacted Becky and she offered to drop off some Starbucks gift cards so we could go there and use the wifi. It seemed that the wifi had never been used and was not completely set up. 2. The 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms were VERY cold at night. We had the heat set at 72 and in the morning the thermostat said 62. The next night we had the thermostat set as high as it would go and had the fireplace on all day which did warm up the house, but we did not want to leave the fireplace on at night. The house does have a space heater available in the 2nd floor bedroom. However, the outlets in that bedroom seem to be connected to the light switch so when you turn off the lights, the heater shuts off as well. I don't mind sleeping in a chilly house, but it was WAY too cold for our infant in the 3rd floor bedroom. We solved the problem by sleeping in the basement and having others in our party sleep on the 3rd floor. Again, I don't see this as much of an issue, but just wanted to mention it to others. This place is really cozy and pristine; I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a house to rent in Breckenridge.

Great spot to enjoy Breckenridge

The house was the perfect size for us and in a nice neighborhood. We were able to walk everywhere in town and only used our car for leaving Breckenridge. Will definitely put it on our list to stay again!

Great visit

Wonderful visit over Thanksgiving. House was well equipped and perfect for our family trip. The property owners were very helpful and made check-in a breeze. Highly recommend and would certainly stay again.
