Just one block from the Snowflake Lift, Winterpoint Diamond Townhome is the perfect spot for a ski getaway! This tri-level, 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome is perfect for groups of up to 10 people ā€” and itā€™s just a two-block stroll to the shopping, dining and entertainment on Main Street Breckenridge. This place will be a hit with your family and friends!

The living area has vaulted ceilings and great natural light for an open, airy feel. Thereā€™s plenty of seating, as well as a river-rock wood fireplace and a huge flat-screen TV with surround sound ā€“ itā€™s an ideal spot for relaxing and catching a movie (or the morning snow report). And just outside on the deck, thereā€™s your own private hot tub! Youā€™ll enjoy seasonal access to the nearby Upper Village heated swimming pool and hot tubs.

The full kitchen feature granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear youā€™ll need to keep the troops happy and fed, including a gas grill on the patio. The dining table seats XX, and thereā€™s room for XX at the counter.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, a one-car garage with an additional outdoor parking space, and a gas grill. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and itā€™s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Very nice townhome in a great location. Convenient to walk to Main Street for dining, shopping, and site seeing. The home had everything we needed and was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location! 15 minute drive to kayaking/paddleboarding in Frisco. 5 minute walk to Main St for dining and shopping. 5 minute drive to the gondola to go up the mountain to the alpine slide. Fishing, hiking and biking all available within a 15 minute drive. We even saw a mother moose and calf in the condo complex.

It was a good house in a good location. Technically you can fit 4 cars, 2 in the garage and 2 parking passes for the shared driveway area even though it is advertised as a strict 2 car maximum. The hot tub was really nice to have. The inside was beautiful. Kitchen was sufficient. Check in/check out times were not flexible.

There were plenty of bathrooms (10 women!) and the rooms were really quiet. I was able to disappear into the master bedroom to escape the younger teammates 😏The condo had everything we needed to cook meals, including a grill on a deck off the kitchen.The management team was very responsive as well.I would definitely stay here again!

One of the highlights of our experience was the fantastic equipment rental service offered by Charter Sport (discount provided through our rental). Being able to store our gear easily allowed for a seamless ski in/out experience, making our days on the slopes hassle-free. Additionally, the location of Charter Sport, just a short 3-4 minute walk from the house, couldn't have been more convenient.The amenities at the rental were great. The hot tub was a delightful treat after a day of skiing, providing a perfect way to unwind and relax. With ample space for two families of 5, we never felt cramped or crowded. It was wonderful to have so much room to spread out and enjoy our time together.While the accommodations were generally superb, there were a couple of minor issues. The bed in the room by the kitchen had a slight slope towards one side, which made it a bit challenging for two adults to sleep comfortably. Additionally, we found that the dryer may need some maintenance, as it struggled to fully dry a typical load on "high heat".Despite these minor inconveniences, our overall experience at the townhouse was overwhelmingly positive. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of cooking supplies, making it easy to prepare meals for our large group.In conclusion, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house and would not hesitate to book it again on future visits to Breckenridge. Its combination of convenience, comfort, and amenities made for a truly memorable vacation experience. Highly recommended to anyone looking for the perfect mountain getaway!
