Wonderfully layed out home with pool for our family of 5. Great to take a swim after a long day at the park. Wish it was located closer to parks and there were more restaurants etc closer.

Nice Getaway

My family had to come to town for a wedding. This place was very nice, we didn't have a chance to use all the amenities, but will visit again when I have a chance. The house was spacious and was able to accommodate my family.

Too many concerns for the we paid

Dishwasher didnt work. Owner said someone was coming to fix it, never did. 3 out of 4 burners in the stove, were so dirty when we cooked, the house smoked up. Every toliet stopped up every time it flushed. Even just flushing water to see if it would go down.

Nice property but outdated

Nice property and very well equipped but in need of modernizing. Few lights needing replaced, pool light not working, pool heating not on thermostat so was like a hot tub sadly, old decor. Pool only had 1 lounger which wasn't great for a family. Upstairs bathroom unfortunately broke during our stay resulting in a leak which caused the dining area ceiling to collapse. Resort is great although the road up to US192 was always very busy.Communication from the owner was good and she was quick to refund the nights we couldn't use.

Nice place to stay and safe

It was nice place to stay with a family of 7, gated community, security guard all the time, we stay there 2 weeks and location was great to all places we went , only thing we donā€™t like was the low lights, could use some lights or brighter ones, communication with the owner was great also, she reply every time we asked something.

Volleyball Nationals Trip

We came for the Nationals tournament and stayed here. Traffic was sometimes a bear and sometimes not but that would be the only complaint I had. The unit was perfect for our family and the community was quiet and had so much to offer! The staff at the gate and the clubhouse were so friendly and kind. They always made us feel welcome after returning from a long day of volleyball. We would recommend this property.

Nice but tired

The property was nice and clean and in a great location. The resort staff were excellent. The property is quite tired and needs updating. The patio area was dirty and had lots of weeds. There was only one sun lounger - in a 4 bed house! One of the chairs was broken. Patio was cleaned and broken chair removed after we mentioned it.The property needs some TLC and wasnā€™t worth what we were charged for it.

Quick weekend

This was a solid rental for a weekend in town fishing on Toho. It was very clean, and the community was nice. We would stay there again if we repeated the trip. Took us old guys a whole to figure out the TV. That was literally the only wrinkle. We also enjoyed the community pool and bar area. For families, check in and check out process was super simple. Iā€™d take my own kids back there.

Lovely stay

Lovely clean & spacious villa with all essential facilities & more. A bit far from shops for essential goods like milk, bread, water etc & the nearest supermarket appears to be a car distance away - we didn't hire a car until the second week. I appreciate this is not the fault of the property owner & maybe the reception/bar area coyld consider stocking a few essential products - just a thought! Otherwise everything was perfect & should we Return to Florida, we would be happy to stay here again.

Disney Home Base

The property and amenities were very nice, clean, gorgeous landscaping. We enjoyed using the pool after long days at Disney. About a 25 min drive to the parks. Traffic can get backed up but the property is set back from the congestion. The property is very secure with gate and 24 hour guard. Gate card is $20. Beds are soft and lower to the ground. Be prepared to bring starter coffee, laundry deterdent, paper towels as we were not provided these supplies. There were plenty of towels, dish and hand soap, dishwasher detergent for our short stay. Communication was prompt, check in and out was really easy. Great, affordable stay with plenty of space

Good not great

Nice and clean, convenient location. Lacked staples: dish soap, body wash, and toilet paper were all low and we had to buy more for only a 2 night stay. No Paper towels were provided. Lots of pool towels but only one bath towel in each bathroom (3 bath towels total) for 6 adults and 2 teens was inconvenient, and we used the pool towels. Hard to communicate with owner as she was in Europe and the time difference was hard. She did her very best to help while the VRBO app was down and was able to get us our check in information. Very poor cell service in the development made it difficult until we could connect to wifi. It was safe and clean but lacked a few essentials that should be included.

Home Away From Home

Our stay at Terra Verde was totally nice. We have no complaints. The guard at the gate was friendly; the manager(s) at the desk displayed good customer service each time we went there; trash was picked up daily to include dumpsters if needed. The location was close to many stores, restaurants, Universal Studios, Walt Disney, etc. If in the future, we need a vacation rental, I will definitely checkout Terra Verde. My host was awesome! The only thing that we had an issue with was that our neighbors had at least 6 grown cats. Four I think may have actually belonged to them and the others were probably strays because two cats were always just lingering around. My kids are terrified of cats and would not go out unless we were all together. I do have to admit that none of the cats ever bothered us. At times, they were under our cars but ran away when we came around. I am glad that our house did not allow pets because my children do have allergies and can only be around specific types of dogs, etc. No smoking allowed was also a plus.

Enjoyed our stay!

The condo was very clean and met all of our needs. Plenty big enough for our family. It is just a short walk to the club house, resort pool, and lake. We enjoyed fishing, swimming, and walking the trail around the lake. Great location. Would go back!
