Cozy Cottage, 1 block from Beach and minutes from Downtown Cannon Beach

We welcome you to the Camellia House, a lovingly updated cottage located in the Presidential district in Cannon Beach. Just 1 block to the beach and within easy walking distance to downtown and midtown. A painstaking renovation of this house has been completed to make it stylish, comfortable and clean for your enjoyment.

An open concept living, kitchen, and dining area allows your entire party to enjoy your vacation together. The cozy living room includes a bay window seat, 50' flat screen TV, and gas fireplace around which your family can gather to watch a movie or play games.

The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances including gas stove, quartz countertops, and a sizeable kitchen island.

The first floor bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen bed, fresh soft linens, free-standing armoire, upholstered chair, and a beautiful glass chandelier. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower with a pebble tile shower floor. A stackable LG washer/dryer is also located on the first floor to ensure your laundry needs are met.

Upstairs there is a sleeping room with a twin trundle daybed that pulls out to king size mattress (two twins combined). A cozy second upstairs bedroom contains an elegant queen sized bed, dresser, small tv, and closet, equipped with wooden hangers. A gorgeous spa like hotel style bathroom complete with a hex marble tile floor features a large walk in shower to provide a serene environment in which you can rejuvenate with a long hot shower.

Outdoors, there is a large deck just off the kitchen and is the perfect place for your family to relax and dine in fine weather. We have deck furniture, along with a Propane BBQ and Propane Heater. Patio table with seating for six are available from March to October. A covered front porch with twin Adriondack chairs is a great place in which to relax and enjoy your morning tea/coffee or an evening beverage.

Last but not least, two other nice amenities of the house include a tankless hot water heater - which offers unlimited hot water so whether one person or six are taking showers in a short time period everyone has hot water. We also have keyless push button code entry so there are no worries about who has the keys, lost keys etc.

Super Nice Cottage in Cannon Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cottage just a short walk from the beach. It is very comfortable and well equipped, probably the best equipped kitchen we have ever found in a rental, also extremely comfortable beds and furniture. Very nice deck and outdoor furniture for summer evenings. We plan to return in the not-to-distant future! Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely Cannon Beach digs

Really enjoyed the place, well appointed kitchen, and comfortable. Sits back from the road for privacy and quiet, plenty of parking (which we did not need) and a nice private side deck which would have been lovely in summer. Happy to return next time we stay in the area.

Relaxing

Really easy to unpack, settle in and relax. Location is perfect for beach and walking to town. Comfy beds !!! Just perfect. Love to stay again.

What a Gem!

Perfect size, nice and clean, close to the beach. We really enjoyed the deck and eating dinners at the large outside table. Relaxed and read lots. BBQ worked great and was used every night. Beds are more comfortable than the ones we have at home :). Bright, well-appointed and updated. We hope to be back next summer :)

Cute and super clean house

This is a great property! Everything you can need for a fun multi-day stay is provided and the beach is a very quick stroll away down the street. We loved hanging out on the deck and relaxing in the comfy Adirondack chairs on the front porch. The beds are super comfortable and we enjoyed opening the windows to let the cool coastal breezes blow through. Final comment: In addition to being very cute, this house is super clean…an aspect that we seldom comment on but this was truly a welcome, extra bonus!

Great Oregon Experience

This was our first trip to Oregon and could not have picked a better place to stay. The location was perfect for walking to the beach and to coffee shop and shopping. Very cozy and well appointed home. The host were very helpful and communicated with us any time we needed them. I would recommend this home.

Perfect location

This cottage is in a perfect location. It’s convenient to everything Cannon Beach has to offer yet it’s quiet and peaceful. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped . The back patio and back yard is really nicely set up and relaxing. The beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable. We didn’t use the bed in the loft. The house is listed as room for 6 but I don’t think 6 adults would be comfortable in the space . But 4 adults with kids would be fine. The property owner was easy to deal with . We would stay here again.

Fabulous

Communication is always excellent. The home is as it is described and very comfortable. Having an outside deck is very nice. The home is very well taken care of and attended to in every detail. We have stayed several times and plan to stay again next summer. Love it!!!

The BEST rental I’ve ever stayed at!

Great location, SUPER clean, lovely decor, PERFECTLY appointed. Host checked in with us upon arrival (sweet!), and was responsive when we had a question the following day.

Spectacular Host!

India was a wonderful host, calling us the day of arrival to make sure we got settled in ok. The house was spotless, with everything you need in stock. The only item that isn’t included at the house is body soap, but you’re made aware of this before arriving, so it wasn’t an issue. The location of this home is perfect for accessing the beach and town. There’s plenty of parking room and no need to use your vehicle since the location is so close to everything. This is a top notch home to stay in and my family will definitely stay here again when visiting Cannon Beach in the future.

Clean, charming cottage

Nice size for a couple on a short stay. The patio is large and inviting plus ample yard. I appreciated the Kleenex boxes everywhere and the fresh coffee beans. If you are a tea and French press person you might want to bring your own kettle, the one on hand is tiny. The cottage is next to the main road but sits far enough back most people don't look, plus has bamboo, camellias and fencing for added privacy. If walking downtown walk a block east to Spruce street to see several parks, old growth trees, and even possibly elk!

Perfectly charming…

We adore this property. It’s beautifully updated and perfectly located. We loved being able to grab coffee at a charming gallery/coffee shop and within a block be on a gorgeous beach. Restaurants and breweries were all within walking distance. India was an amazing host who responded immediately to any questions we had. We are already looking forward to our next trip.

Relaxing Spot, Great Location

We loved our stay over Thanksgiving. The location made it to easy to get out and walk the few short blocks to the beach or a couple of blocks in either direction to shop and eat. It was extremely convenient. We all enjoyed our evenings there as well -- cooking, playing card games, watching movies and reading by the fire. The cozy layout made for a nice way to spend time together. The bedrooms were also comfortable and gave everyone space to spread out when wanted. And the property owners were quick to respond when I had any questions and were very helpful and friendly. I'd stay again!

Great Stay in Cannon Beach

Wonderful stay! Extremely clean and great communication with Scott and India. Easy walk to restaurants, pubs and best of all, Cannon Beach. Nice patio and easy parking for our two cars. Would stay here again on any return visits to Cannon Beach.

Fantastic

Our time at Camellia House was perfect. The location is superb for walking to the beach or going downtown Cannon Beach. The house is spot on as the pictures depicted. It is a very comfortable cottage with a working kitchen that provides every chance to do some cooking. There is a large deck which includes a grill and gas heater. Our communication with the owners were easy and always timely.
