After months searching for the perfect beach getaway, we discovered a Madeira Beach gulf front gem, then improved it with state-of-the-art upgrades. The result: A sun-filled, beach-front condo with 180 degree Gulf of Mexico views from our seventh-floor wrap around balconies off the living room and master suite. Sunsets take your breath away, and the sound of the surf on beach just below remind you why you’re on vacation. Ours is an open floor plan with modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a large den with a sleeper sofa, in-unit full size washer/dryer and wireless broadband. A private pool and spa are on the Gulf-view patio downstairs, along with a BBQ grill and picnic tables. A short stroll takes you to a grocery store, pharmacy, bars and restaurants and shops galore. Hop on the beach trolley, and access to everything the Gulf Beaches offer are within reach without every getting in a car. Assigned, covered parking is part of the deal. Can only be booked through VRBO.

fabulous condo

We have stayed at this condo several times and couldn't ask for kinder, more generous owners. This condo has everything you could possibly want/need, it's clean, fully stocked kitchen/bathroom supplies with a washer/dryer. Several beach items plus different size umbrellas to enjoy at the beach. But what it lacks is a HEATED pool for our two months out of the year stay. A warm pool is very important to me. We have to give this condo an "A+" . You won't be disappointed when you stay here.

Another wonderful stay...

I had another wonderful month at Madeira Beach in this beautiful condo. Everything you will ever need is either in the condo or within walking distance. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony and miles of beach in either direction. The sound of the waves...my favorite thing. Thank you again Wes and Diane!

Another great stay

Although the weather was less than perfect, we enjoyed our month together in this wonderful condo. This was our 11th January here so it feels like our home away from home. The heater allowed us to enjoy the balcony overlooking the Gulf even on cool January days. The location is perfect, allowing us to enjoy the beach and pool on warm days but also some of our favorite nearby restaurants when we wanted to get out. The well equipped kitchen and close grocery store and seafood market made it easy to cook when we wanted to eat in. It’s a perfect Winter getaway for us and we plan to return next year. Thanks again, Wes and Diane!

Return to Wes and Diane’s Condo

We have stayed at other condos inMadiera Beach but this condo is a 10 out of 10 it was wonderful to return to Wes and Diane’s amazing condo after a 2 year absence due to Covid It is like returning to a second home The unit is larger than expected and is beautifully decorated with unique ocean art comfortable sectional couch lazy boy chair and additional couch and chair There are stools for a quick snack from a raised counter facing the kitchen or a glass table and chairs that easily fit 6 The sliding glass doors from the living room and master bedroom lead out to a wraparound balcony with the most beautiful view to watch the sun set or the dolphins play Great high comfortable chairs for viewing or relaxing There is also a overhead heater for cool days and a electric barbecue for grilling The unit has a impressive and generous selection of bed sheets blankets beach towels and kitchen towels The kitchen has a good supply of cutlery dishes pot pans and electric appliances Off the kitchen is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer including laundry detergent and fabric softener Other items like napkins and paper towels are in a good supply I was pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the condo is I cannot say enough about how enjoyable it Is return to this condo We have no complaints and enjoyed our annual 2 month visits with Wes and DianeI in their remarkable condo A friendly couple who make you feel so relaxed and comfortable Our joke was if the condo does not have an item you do not need it for your visit Thank you again Wes and Diane for another superb visit We are already looking forward to next years and many years to come Brian and Gerri

Perfect

This was my second stay in this beautiful condo and I will absolutely try to book with them again. Quiet building, perfect location, beautiful view and sunsets, plus everything they could imagine you would need. Grocery, liquor, and drug store...restaurants, shops...all within walking distance. Step out the door and you are on the beach. I was able to be without a car for two months and not even miss it. The trolley stops right out front if you need to go a longer distance. The sound of the gulf 24/7 is priceless. Thank you so much Wes and Diane.

Good to Get Away from Winter

This was our ninth January to stay in Wes and Diane’s wonderful beachfront condo. Needless to say, we love their place and it feels like a second home to us. We have always thought this is the best location on the beach and it continues to improve with the addition of new businesses. Our daughter’s family came to visit over MLK weekend and enjoyed their stay at the Cambria hotel which is within walking distance of the condo. We are already looking forward to returning in 2023!

Absolutely amazing!

If I could give 10 stars for this property and the owners I would because it was absolutely perfect! Easy booking from start to finish and the property was beautiful. I stayed the month of May as a workcation. I worked, while overlooking the beautiful beach, during the week and then had a different friend visit each weekend. The condo has absolutely everything and I would venture to say it has more in the kitchen than I will ever have at home! The location is perfect with so many stores and restaurants within walking distance. The beach was absolutely gorgeous and never crowded. I was even greeted with a welcome beach bag stuffed with wine, cheese, crackers, and chocolate! Now that is definitely going above and beyond! I am hopeful that I will be able to return again to enjoy this beautiful property! Kudos to Wes and Diane for delivering such a wonderful property and experience.

Best vacation rental EVER!

From first contact to last our experience was professional, friendly and helpful. You can't beat the gulf front view, the extra large balcony with comfortable and colorful furniture. The kitchen had every imaginal gadget, appliance and a pantry that had everything needed to cook. Beach chairs were already loaded into a wheeled cart ready to go. Pool toys and floats were also ready to go. Easy access to everything Madiera and beyond. Staying in this property is just like going to a family members house. Can't wait to go back. If there was a 10 star rating we world give it 10 stars!

Fabulous

This was my first time renting a vrbo in Florida and it couldn't have gone any better. The condo is beautiful and the owners have anticipated anything you could ever need. Just come with your suitcase and move right in. Location is great...grocery and drug store within a block. Fabulous sunset views and the sound of the ocean 24/7. Thank you Wes and Diane!

Another Great Stay

I guess the best testament to how much we enjoy this condo is fact that we have rented it for eight consecutive January’s. We enjoy sitting on the balcony looking over the Gulf for coffee in the morning and magnificent sunsets in the evening. The location is excellent with grocery store, drugstore, post office, and restaurants within walking distance. If you want to eat in, the kitchen is equipped with anything you need. We were extremely happy that the pool was heated the entire month this year. Wes and Diane have thought of everything. Can’t wait to go back next year!

Fantastic Location

Outstanding !

Wes and Diane are, by far, the best owners to rent a condo from! They have paid attention to the smallest detail to make sure their guests have everything they need during their stay. All you need to do is come with your clothes, your food, and they have taken care of everything else! Be ready to relax and enjoy every minute of everyday you are there. The location of the condo is excellent and will give you the best views of the beach, sunsets and wildlife! Wes and Diane came to greet us upon our arrival, to show us the apartment, and welcomed us with wine, cheese and crackers! They communicated with us during our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. You will not regret staying there, in fact, you will want to go back, as we do. Great Condo--Great View

Our stay at Wes & Diane's condo in Madeira Towers was just the comfort that we thought it would be when we selected it for our Home Away from Home for the month of April. Our guests were very impressed with its location to the beach and my grandsons enjoyed the pool daily during their short visit. Wes's hospitality upon our arrival was "special", the flowers and the wine & cheese was a nice touch and appreciated after our travel South!! We would certainly recommend this condo to anyone desiring "comfort and outstanding Gulf of Mexico views"!....Dick & Ann Meyers

Home away from home

i guess the best compliment I can give this condo (and the owners) is the fact that we have spent the last six January’s there and plan to return next year! Needless to say, we love it there. The condo is stocked with everything you need, the view of the Gulf is amazing and the location is perfect. The weather in January is unpredictable, but there is lots to do in St Petersburg or Tampa when it’s not good beach weather. We do wish the pool were heated but that is the only improvement we can think of. Already looking forward to next January! Thanks, Wes and Diane!

Vacation

This is our second year to stay the month of November at Wes and Diane's beautiful condo. It has become our special place. It is the most comfortable and inviting place we have ever experienced. Due to health issues we were not sure we could go but after we were there Wes and Diane went out of their way to insure our comfort. The weather and sunsets were spectacular as usual. This condo is conveniently located near restaurants, grocery and department stores. We even took in a concert. We highly recommend this vacation rental.

Relaxing lifestyle

Second year staying at Wes &Dianes’ condo. It’s perfect, well maintained and very clean. Everything you need for a months stay away and for the beach lifestyle is provided. Wes &Diane live in the Tampa area and are always available to assist and answer and questions regarding the beautiful area with its abundant of restaurants and activities for all ages. I have taken up “surf” fishing and caught a variety of species found in Gulf of Mexico. Beach access is so convenient....just put on your bathing suit ,get elevator to ground floor and your on the beach! It’s quiet and peaceful and everyone you meet are friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to next year.

Better every year!

This was our 5th year to stay in Wes and Diane’s condo and we hope to return next year! Even though the weather was cool this year, we had a wonderful time. The location is excellent - beautiful view of the Gulf from the balcony where afternoons are warm and sunny even on cool days. It’s a short walk to a grocery store, drug store, Wednesday morning market, and more. It’s a short drive to restaurants and shopping along Gulf Blvd. St Petersburg is close by if you want to take in a movie, Museum or other more urban activities. Of course, the main attraction is the white sandy beach right outside your door. Some in our group walked or biked on the beach everyday. Some enjoyed the hot tub or laying around the pool. Others enjoyed reading or afternoon naps on the balcony. There is something for everybody. Wes and Diane take great pride in their unit and each year we are pleasantly surprised at the improvements and additions they make. Already looking forward to next year!

Dream Vacation

If you want a dream vacation Wes and Diane's condo is the place to be. Its perfect in every respect. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. The condo was immaculate and had everything you could want or need and all was first class. The kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked with any appliance you would ever need. We enjoyed the high speed internet and they even furnished a HP printer that we used to printed out our boarding passes. The wrap around balcony offers a view of the most amazing sunsets. The outdoor furniture was top of the line and very comfortable. We spent many hours on the balcony sunbathing and watching dolphins, sea birds and sunsets plus walking on the white sand beach. We ate most of our meals out and there was no limit to the wonderful nearby restaurants. The condo is convenient to anything you might need. If you are interested in cultural events nearby St Pete offers museums, even a Dali Museum, theaters, and other events. There are many activities offered right on the beach. One of our favorites was parasailing out of St Johns Pass with Gator's Parasailing. There also churches of your choice near by. We feel especially blessed to have met Wes and Diane, two special people, and God willing we hope to return next year. Robert and Barbara Rowe.

Perfect balance of beach access and walkable to shops, restaurants, and attactions

This spacious, gorgeous condo is in a prime location. The condo is beauifully updated with room to spread out comfortably and spectucular views from all living spaces and the master. The wrap-around porch is the perfect spot for a glass of wine as you take in the sunset. Direct beach access and an onsite inground pool and hot tub round out the ammenties. In addition to its beauty, this condo is convenient to local shops, restaurants, and attractions—from the minigolf across the street to Johns Pass shops and restaurants a couple of miles away. (You can even walk to the Winn Dixie or Publix in less than 5 minutes by car.) The high-speed wifi (not spotty like a lot of beach retreats) makes it possible to keep up with work or skip work all together and keep social media buzzing with your great getaway photos. Fun and relaxing

Thank you Wes and Diane for the excellent hospitality. You are such good people, made us feel welcomed the entire month. The condo is beautiful throughout and well stocked with everything you could need including all beach essentials. The BBQ was a plus and very convenient. My wife and I searched for the perfect beach get away for not only ourselves, but for family and friends. After several months of searching and viewing condos from Clearwater to St Pete Beach, we found this gem. We completely updated the condo in 2013; we added all new windows and sliding glass doors, new kitchen cabinets and granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, new floors, paint, new window treatments, new ceiling fans, 3 flat screen TVs, new marble and cabinets for the bathrooms. It turned out better than we could of imagined and I am sure you will agree.

The beach is steps away. You do not need to walk a long way from the building to the water. The pool area offers chairs, bathrooms, and shower for your convenience.
The wrap-around balcony offers western, southern, and northern views. Amenities such as restaurants, beach bars, pharmacies, medical facilities, groceries are all short walks away. You may never need your car as the local trolley stops out front of the building and will transport you anywhere from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete beach and all stops in between
