Direct Gulf front views from this southwest corner unit in Madeira Towers with a wrap around balcony and awesome southern and direct beach views. This property is a 3 Bedroom/2 Bath condo located on the North end of Madeira Beach. Easy walk to many restaurants and grocery. You will enjoy the updated kitchen and amazing views. The master suite is spacious with an beautiful updated master bath. 2 Guests rooms allow you to enjoy company during your stay. You will not be disappointed! January and February must rent prior to March being rented. $150.00 application fee for association approval required more than 30 days in advance.

A beautifully furnished condo with excellent beach access

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is situated between St Pete Beach and Clearwater so it's the perfect location if you visit, eat out or shop in both areas. The condo was very spacious, light and airy; sylishly and tastefully furnished. The unit was also very clean, well equipped and stocked. The views from the wrap around balcony were amazing. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained; probably the best ones we've ever used in Florida; we did pass on our compliments to the pool guy! The only downside to our stay was when in our last few days Hurricane Helene hit. Sharon and Taylor contacted us several times and were most helpful. We would, without a doubt, choose to stay in this property again and we would recommend both the condo and The Seaside Property Shoppe to a friend.

Reviewer Comments: We love our stay at the Madeira Tower! This was our 3rd year and we really love the unit, the location to beach, stores, restaurants, and tennis/pickleball courts at ROC park. Staff at Seaside is always helpful, if needed. We look forward to staying again!

Mrs. Sharon was very kind, she was always in communication with us throughout the rental process. The only problem we found was that the unit next door is being remodeled and it was quite noisy early in the morning. For the rest everything was perfect. Next year we will definitely come back if it is available.

Beach Perfect Just About Perfect

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off let me start by saying that we loved this place. It was roomy, clean, updated and perfectly located (you can even walk to the Winn Dixie!). It had killer views and the beach, pool and hot tub exceeded our expectations. Sharon and Tyler from the management team were Angels and never failed to address any and all questions or concerns we had immediately. Finally the walks were amazing. Miles in either direction with great things to look at and take in. So would I rent it again? Absolutely. However, if you're considering renting Beach Perfect I would only caution you on 3 things. First, and most important, this condo is a 3 bedroom condo but the practical seating in the living area is only for 4 people... 2 people on the couch and 2 wicker seats (the wickers aren't the most comfortable). Be Warned if you have guests. The 2nd thing is the noise you get from the washer and dryer in the unit. You can either wash/dry your clothes or watch TV. You can't do both. Finally, it would be nice if we didn't have to use keys to access the Condo. I see they have a keyless code box where you come in so I'm not sure if there is a code or if they just don't want renters to use it. Again when entertaining guests and everyone is going in different directions, you have to coordinate your comings and goings around who has the keys. That being said...we loved everything else about the place than the 3 items I mentioned and would 100% recommend it to anyone. I

Our stay was seamless! We thoroughly enjoyed this property and would definitely book it again. The property manager was great! Thank you for a wonderful experience on the gulf coast!
