Incline Village Whole Condo – Sleeps 7 | 3 Bedrooms + Loft, 2 Baths

Welcome to your Tahoe retreat — a bright, versatile mountain condo perfect for families and friends who want to stay together while still enjoying their own space. This is our family vacation home. No smoking please.

This three-bedroom plus loft, two-bath home comfortably accommodates up to seven guests and is designed for flexibility and privacy. Each level has its own locking entrance door and independent heat controls, ideal for multi-generational families or couples traveling together.

Downstairs (First Floor)
The lower level features two bedrooms, a full bath, and a cozy living area:

- The first bedroom includes a queen bed, closet, dresser drawers, reading light, floor fan, and baseboard heat controlled by the occupant.
- The second bedroom is a spacious studio-style suite with a twin trundle bed (two twins), recliner loveseat, TV, dining table for four, and a kitchenette — complete with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink, Mr. Coffee, dishes, utensils, and food-prep essentials such as knives and a cutting board.

A highchair and Pack ’n Play are available for families traveling with little ones.

Upstairs (Second Floor)
Accessed by an interior staircase and privacy door, the upper level feels like a separate home — bright and open with soaring ceilings and Tahoe charm.

This level includes a queen master bedroom, full bath, kitchen, dining/living area, and loft:

- The master bedroom offers a queen bed, desk area with curtain privacy (perfect for homework or Zoom meetings), baseboard heating, and a floor fan for personal comfort. The Pack ’n Play is stored in the closet.
- The full kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, and all dining essentials. Both floors have glasses, wine glasses, plates, bowls, utensils, and cutting boards.
- We provide coffee (instant and ground), filters, salt, pepper, oil, and spices upstairs, plus paper towels, dish soap, and counter space on both floors.
- The open-concept living and dining area creates a warm gathering space for meals and relaxation. Enjoy the electric fireplace, comfortable seating, and access to a beautiful deck with chairs to take in mountain air and sunshine.
- The loft, reached by a metal spiral staircase, includes two sleeping mats (see photos). It’s best suited for older kids or extra guests and not recommended for young children.

Both bathrooms are located in the hallways for easy sharing.--

Comfort, Convenience & Location
- Baseboard heat throughout with separate controls for upstairs and downstairs rooms.
- In summer, we provide a large room air conditioner and floor fans for added comfort.
- Pay laundry is available just a few doors away; we provide a laundry activation card for short stays.
- Free parking for two cars with our permits. (RV parking or vehicles used for sleeping are not allowed on site, but there is street parking about half a mile away.)
- We do not provide Incline Village beach access, but Kings Beach is a great nearby option with more sun, dining, and activity choices. You can also search online for “North Tahoe free beaches.”

We’re within easy walking distance of the pickleball and tennis courts, indoor pool, gym, and basketball courts at the Incline Village Recreation Center (daily fees apply). The beautiful walking and biking path between Incline and Sand Harbor is close by — or park at Tunnel Creek Restaurant (fee parking) and start your ride or walk there.

Please note: Sand Harbor requires reservations in summer until 10:30 AM, after which walk-ins are allowed only if space is available.

The condo does not have storage for multiple bikes, kayaks, or large sports gear, though a few pairs of skis can be safely stored in the entryway.

As an end unit with windows on three sides, this condo feels light, private, and convenient — close to everything this charming mountain village offers.
