In general the place needs TLC and updating. Thorough review so others can make informed decision. Pros:Furniture Thick bath towels Decent mattresses & beddingSpace inside is nice, kitchen is tightLocation is good, no lake view Just garbage removal & start dishwasher before leaving, put towels in tubs.Cons:1 bath washcloth0 kitchen Dish cloths, only 3 dish towels, & a gross sponge Spiders - need pest controlDeck needs serious help, very crunchy, he said it’s being replaced soon4 Adirondack deck chairs are weak and terrible seating choicePicnic table is meltedLots of holes in drywall Fireplace paint unfinishedStovetop is weak for cooking, takes a very long time to heat to hot for eggs or searing Router password in paperwork is wrong, found it on arrival in the house. Checkout time said 11am in paperwork but house posting says 10am. No comms past sending contract, none while visiting, no welcome or check-ins regarding stay/comfort Many dishes and cooking items were dirty, need to wash before usingShower dispensers stick in both bathrooms, can’t dispenseTiny shower in tub. Position of dispensers are horribly placed, side wall is worst, hit your elbows constantly Shower curtain is moldy. Screens missing, screens torn, broken windows, no bathroom ventilation unless you open unscreened window, bugs can enter freely. Disabled or physically challenged people, not an easy stay: Slippery tub floor, bath rugsNo handrail to loft. Laundry down in garage
