Our private stretch of beach offers you an exclusive beach setting yet you are five minutes from anything you want to do on the island! To the direct east of the Venetian is wide open beach for miles and miles of lovely walks. To the west starts the Grace Bay Resorts so you close to anything you want to do on the island yet get to come "home" to where it's quiet and private!

The Venetian on Grace Bay is a little taste of heaven! The Venetian is comprised of 27 condos on 7 floors -- 4 on each floor, and the view from our screened in porches is amazing -- and you are just steps away from the Venetian boardwalk that leads directly onto Grace Bay Beach! Three bedrooms, three and a half baths, 2200 - 2500 square feet -- the master bedroom overlooks the Caribbean and has a nicely sized, well-appointed master bathroom; the other two bedrooms, a queen and two twins are located in the back of the condo and each of these bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom as well -- perfect for families or couples! There is a half bath located off the main hallway as well. Kitchens are modern, fully equipped with state of the art stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, travertine marble floors; opens up to the dining room which opens up to a huge living room. Expect only state of the art video equipment, televisions, ipod docking stations in each condo. There is a laundry room located off the kitchen. The screened in porch beckons you in the morning drinking coffee watching the activity on Grace Bay Beach and at night watching the amazing sunsets over the Caribbean. With beautiful furnishings throughout the condos, you will be spoiled!

If you only need to rent our condos as a one or two bedroom rental, we can 'lock off' the bedroom/ensuite bathrooms of your choice, our rate drops but you still have a very spacious 2200 - 2500 square foot condo (minus a bedroom or two)!

The Venetian has massage therapist on call, and she will come to the condo, set up her table, and you can have a massage outside overlooking the Caribbean or in the screened in porch -- or in the privacy of the Venetian massage room.
