Just a 3-minute walk from a quiet stretch of picturesque Leeward Beach, it’s easy to see how this exclusive Turks & Caicos villa gets its name. Edge of Paradise is a 3-bedroom luxury vacation villa that draws families and couples from around the world back to the islands year after year. The family-friendly villa offers understated luxury, privacy, and proximity to great beaches—the necessary ingredients for a fabulous vacation in the Turks & Caicos Islands.

Located in the beautiful and secure borough of Leeward on Providenciales—a gated residential community with a security guard on site—the rental is equipped with a four-seater electric beach cart for easy transport to and from Sunset Beach, a peaceful northeastern area of Grace Bay named for its incredible sunset views.

Edge of Paradise is fully air-conditioned and just a five-minute drive from grocery shopping, pharmacies, banking, restaurants, luxury shopping, and night life in Grace Bay. Our concierge is more than happy to recommend and facilitate private chef services, dinner reservations, and bookings for excursions around Providenciales or to nearby islands like Water Cay. Guests who book Edge of Paradise enjoy a daily resort-style beach set up on Sunset Beach, portable chairs and a cooler to enjoy for the duration of their stay, and their own private pool to soak in after long days spent at the beach. Great week in paradise

Excellent location and great communication prior to arrival and during the trip. The private cabana on the beach with a golf cart were ideal and nice to have for our trip.

Amazing home, location and host!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The home was beautiful and extremely comfortable. We felt right at home. The location is incredible and the golf cart made it SO easy to get to the beach. The beds were extremely comfortable, something that we very much appreciate when traveling. Everything was extremely well maintained! And Jessica was awesome! So helpful planning our trip and giving us local tips, as well as responsive and lovely to work with. We didnt want to leave! We will be back for sure.

Truly was on the edge of paradise

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Sunset Beach Villas. The villa was beautifully set up with gorgeous yet very comfortable furniture. The kitchen was well set up and the beds were so comfortable. The backyard with the pool was a perfect haven for breakfast in the morning, and for cold beverages in the afternoon as we rested from our day activities. We were also happy to be so conveniently close to a truly beautiful beach, made even more convenient by the use of our golf cart. Our concierge, Jessica, was very responsive giving us advice and recommendations throughout our stay. She acted on one minor issue we had during our stay and had it quickly resolved. We highly recommend Sunset Beach Villas for anyone looking to spend a sun drenched holiday in the beautiful Turks and Caicos.

Wonderful stay in paradise

My family and I had a great time at this property and we can't recommend highly enough! Excellent, friendly and courteous management (Brita) and concierge (Jessica) made planning our trip super smooth and answered all our questions quickly and helpfully. Great location, access to a golf cart for going to the beach. Our concierge Jessica set up our beach chairs every day and was always available to help. We rented a car for non-property travel and there was plenty of parking space for the car. Beach was beautiful and never crowded. We felt safe at the property and beach. Property is close to restaurants, stores, and casino. House was perfect for a family of four with grown sons. Everything was clean as as advertised. Pool area was well taken care of. We spent a ton of time in the pool and surrounding deck, and this area flowed seamlessly with the house. We highly recommend this property and would definitely love to come back! It was a super chill, relaxing stay in paradise.

FANTASTIC!

Honestly I couldn't come up with any constructive comments to share with the concierge when we were checking out! Our stay was amazing. The management company is very professional and didn't miss a single thing, down to a fly swatter in the house. A lot of private homeowners charge you for overuse of the electricity in Providenciales as power is costly. Some even charge you for overuse of water. This house didn't have those surcharges, which we appreciate. The furniture was spotelss, inside and outside, the ktichen was very well stocked, better than any kitchen we have had in a rental home on the island, the BBQ grill was cleaned before our arrival (which can be neglected at some other properties), the linens were crisp and fresh, the pool was perfectly sized, and the location to Sunset beach was fantastic - a three mintue golf cart ride down the road. We felt very safe at night, as they have a foot-security guard in the small gated neighborhood from sunset to sunrise, and the home has an alarm system. *If I had to make one comment, it would have been that the mid stay cleaning we ordered, with the change of linens (drycleaned), was unnecessary and very expensive for three bedrooms. I tried to cancel and was too late to do so, so we were stuck with the charge. We will return! Well done Brita and Jessica! Thanks!!!!! :)

The middle of paradise

They call villa 7 the edge of paradise but I’d say you are directly in the middle. We enjoyed out 7 night stay in the villa. My children 2 and 4 really enjoyed the salt water pool where they honed their swimming skills. The short golf cart ride to the beach was easy and a nice chance to see some new sites. Out concierge Jessica was very attentive and provided great information when requested. We can’t wait to return! Jesse B.

Great location for a beach vacation with babies

This was my second time in T&C. The first time we stayed in a luxury villa in Chalk Sound that had an infinity pool w/ views. While the pool/views were spectacular, every time we wanted to go to the beach, we had to get everyone in the car. This time we had 3 kids under 3, so we opted to stay close to the beach so we could get there quickly in between nap times. The house is nice/comfortable, the pool does the job, but the real advantage of this house is the location. Sunset Beach is my favorite beach. It's not crowded and the water/waves are perfect for small children. The house provides a golf cart that you can use to get all your stuff/people to the beach in less than 2 minutes, or you can easily walk too. The house also provides actual beach chairs and umbrellas that are waiting for you after your 2 min golf cart ride - amazing! The concierge Jessica was always available over WhatsApp to answer our questions. Note - the stay did not include housekeeping. This was fine for us for the amount of time we stayed, but might be something you want for a longer stay.

Perfect Family Vacation

This was our first family vacation to Turks & Caicos and this villa was perfect. The villa was was very clean and came with all the necessary supplies, e.g., kitchen supplies, grilling supplies, cleaning supplies, towels, etc. The location was great with a short 5 min trip to downtown and the beach set up was amazing. Janelle and Brita were very helpful providing recommendations for food and activities, as well as helping schedule reservations if needed. My family had a wonderful time and we will definitely come back again.

Great Vacation

First time traveling to Turks and Caicos with our family. The house was well outfitted with plenty of towels and kitchen wares. The bedroom arrangement was great for us with three young children but could also be the perfect setting for a couples trip as well. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor spaces. As well, this place was perfect with a great beach chair and umbrella setup and the use of the beach cart was an added bonus. Janelle and Brita were very helpful and responsive with any questions an/or recommendations for food and activities.

Amazing!!

We had the best vacation!! The house is beautiful and very clean, the weather was wonderful. Having the golf cart to get to the beach was so helpful as well as having the chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach too. We loved having the pool in the backyard, it truly was a beautiful oasis. We were happy we rented a car to go grocery shopping and to restaurants. The only comment is that we thought there would be paddle boards to use based on the picture but there was not. Brita was so responsive and even helped us set up dinner reservations. Would definitely stay there again!!

This was my first time visiting Turks and Caicos. My Extended Family are repeat customers to the Island and also Sunset Beach Villas. (We stayed at Villa #7) Pros: —Beach is 90 seconds away in a golf cart, which comes with the Villa. (Yes, I timed myself) The Beach is simply Amazing, I had only seen beaches like this on Film and TV. (I have been to Mexico, St. Martin and the DR) —The “On Site Assistance” We had two people assigned to us. both are great. They will take care of anything you may need or want….anything. They were both Professional, Competent, and very Friendly. If there is anything wrong with the Villa, they will immediately have someone fix it. Every morning they set up beach chairs and umbrellas for us all at the beach AND they were for us only. No one else will use them. —the pool is clean and is also cleaned by staff during your stay. —-The Villa was spotless. All of the glassware and cookware was very clean. Cons: —None (seriously, we have none) We had a great time staying at this Villa for 8 Nights, thanks to the Staff and the fact that we were on a Beautiful Island. You will not be disappointed.

A wonderful stay

The house was fabulous, exactly as presented in the photos, very quiet and peaceful, high quality furnishings throughout, very private, while only five minutes from the beach. Wonderful to take a dip in the pool throughout the day. The beach was breathtaking, like nothing we had ever seen before. Definitely need a car as it is off the beaten path. Shawna was very helpful, providing restaurant recommendations and also advice in having food brought in. When we had a problem with a golf cart, she had it resolved before we even realized it. We felt very safe and welcome in this small community during our stay.
