Downstairs Master Suite has private bathroom (King bed).

Upstairs, two spacious King bedrooms share a bathroom. One with panoramic water views and direct balcony access, both with access to the expansive upstairs furnished outdoor balcony space and viewing deck.

Additional living space downstairs offers a pull out sofa bed together with its own private bathroom.

Minimums stay: Varies by season, typically 4 nights.

Extended stays: For reservations of 28 days or longer, an additional Master Suite with full bath is available.

Further, the seawall nor the dock have guard rails, which poses additional inherent risk for all individuals, but is especially unsafe for children. This area of the property presents an easy opportunity to fall over the seawall or off the dock into moving water or onto dry land below from significant height (at low tide).
