The spectacular views, new pool and hot tub will leave you awestruck!

Newly constructed oceanside yard includes resort-like heated pool with hot tub, large turf area and 3-hole putting green. There is plenty of seating for lounging and poolside activities.

A contemporary and comfortable beachfront home with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The open floor plan provides views of the Atlantic Ocean from the living room, dining room and kitchen through 32 feet of glass. An upper balcony is great for sunning and sipping.

The living areas on two floors make this home ideal for friends and families. It has been rented by people from all walks of life including writers, artists, doctors, executives, computer experts, sisters, brothers, and grandmothers all looking for a great beachfront retreat.

It is located in the heart of St. Augustine beach within walking distance of restaurants, bars and ice cream! The beach is wide and family friendly with great walking, biking, surfing and shelling. There is no car driving allowed on the beach in front of our house.

*The pool is not heated in October, November or December but the spa is heated year around.

If I could leave a 6 star review i would give it. The house was perfect. I wouldn't change a thing. Amenities perfect, house was perfect, location was perfect. I can't wait to return next year. We had the most fabulous time with my parents from Scotland and the rest of our family from Florida. This property is magnificent with beautiful views of the ocean from every window. Great living room area and dining room for the whole family to sit and have dinner together looking out at the ocean. There is a great balcony right off of the living dining area with plenty room to sit looking onto the heated pool and Jacuzzi, it is so Beautiful. The pool lights up in the evening and has plenty areas to walk around with beautiful sun beds and sitting areas around the pool and Jacuzzi with a little miniature golf area which our family loved. The beach is right next to the driveway just walk over the walkway and your onto the beautiful white Sandy beach of Anastasia Island in St. Augustine. The bedrooms are very spacious, comfortable beds beautiful private area, downstairs with a great living room area off the bed, bathroom with plenty privacy, looking onto the pool downstairs. This property is in a great location, walking distance to all the restaurants and coffee shop. The owner host is magnificent and goes out of his way to make sure everything is in place for you to enjoy your time. I canā€™t say enough about how helpful and kind he was to my family. Our family loved this property and we will definitely come back again. My parents have traveled many places in the world and they loved this property. I would highly recommend it to anyone definitely at 10.

Wonderful family vacation home

The house was perfect in that my son and his family could stay separately on the first floor and then we were all upstairs having fun and not waking the baby.Location plus pool and putting green made for wonderful relay games, never a dull moment!

Absolutely loved our stay at this oceanfront home! The putting green was a winner!! Enjoyed family time whether it was at the beach, pool or a short walk to Cone Heads to get ice cream. Phil was a wonderful host and was available anytime we had a question! Would definitely go back!!

This was an amazing stay in a fantastic location. Steps from the beach and a brand new pool to boot. You canā€™t go wrong with this place. We will be back. The owner was super responsive and very great to work with. The house is in great condition with comfortable furniture and plenty of room to spread out.

We had a wonderful time over 4th of July weekend staying in the beach house. The house is perfect and the view is breathtaking. I really liked the layout of the house (our 18 year olds had the bottom level all to themselves). Everything we needed was available. We spent a lot of time on the beach and in the pool. Paul was a great host.St. Augustine Beach is a fun and cute beach town plus we spent a bit of time in downtown St. Augustine. It was a great trip and we have already recommended it to friends.

Great home, great location

We loved our stay here. Great communication from Phil, our host. Home provides everything needed for a fun day on the beach or hanging around the pool. Love the mid-century modern decor. Bathrooms and kitchens stocked with all you could need and more. Beautiful beach. Good memories made. Hope to be back one day.

Perfect House on the Beach!

Philā€™s place was absolutely perfect! Very clean, comfortable beds, tastefully decorated, and wonderful location. We loved being just steps to the beach and the pool/hot tub were great for afternoon cooling off. The street was very quiet, yet close to great restaurants and shopping. Phil was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Our family had a wonderful time!

Beach house

Our host Phil was the best, so helpful and welcoming! The beach house was perfect in all ways!! The house was clean with everything you would need to make it a perfect vacation. The views were incredible and in a great area. I highly recommend this St Augustine beach house!!

Perfect Beach House

We could not have asked for a more beautiful view of the beach! This house was extremely clean and well equipped, with plenty of indoor living space. The three bedrooms have great storage. The primary BR has a large en-suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms each have nice bathrooms adjacent to them.The pool area and backyard is beautiful. The house is within walking distance of several restaurants and a cute mini-golf. The kitchen has everything you would ever need and a gorgeous view of the beach while you prepare food. The owner is very responsive and helpful. This was the perfect beach house for the four of us.

Great home, location and host

This house is just as it looks in the pictures - beautiful and very well maintained. Beds are really comfortable, plenty of space to spread out and relax, with everything that you could want already thought of from morning coffee to laundry baskets in the rooms. The hosts couldn't have made things easier for us, even sending a video of how to turn on the (wonderful) spa. The beach is literally out the back door, plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, games and puzzles for when the weather doesn't cooperate. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Our Thanksgiving Vacation 2024

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home over Thanksgiving holiday. Our friends/family who came over were so envious of us for staying at one of the prettiest beach homes in St. Augustine. Loved all the amenities that were supplied which was such a great help. I spent every morning taking pictures of the beautiful sunrise while enjoying a cup of coffee on our balcony. Honestly, that was my favorite place for I love enjoying the beach, listening to the sound of the waves while watching the waves come in and the seagulls diving for fish. What a wonderful vacation. Our daughter and her husband had the downstairs 'suite'. They loved it for they had their own privacy with their own living room. Plus, all they had to do was open their sliding glass door and walk ten steps to the outside hot tub and beautiful swimming pool which was so clean. My husband loved the putt-putt green in the backyard. That was so cool. Our son just loved being by the beach where he plunged in the ocean every morning! Hands down, best beach house we've stayed at in St. Augustine!!!! Not to mention, there were so many restaurants in walking distance. We all agree that we would definitely like to come back.

Lovely home

House location is next to none. Beautiful location close to everything. Mr Phil the host is so nice and easy to work with. The hot tub was amazing. Little cool for the pool. Thereā€™s no closer to the beach house in st Augustine WONDERFUL

Amazing Ocean View, Beautiful Home on the Beach

We rented this home after our daughter's wedding to relax and celebrate my 60th birthday. This home is right on the beach and 2min walking distance to many restaurants. There's nothing like hearing the ocean 24/7 with an amazing 180 degree view of waves. Walks on the beach and having the jacuzzi and pool was a great asset for spending time with our friends outside. Phil is an wonderful host and possesses excellent customer service and nice person to talk to. We highly recommend this home and we'll definitely be back!

Gorgeous property with spectacular sunrises!

The house and property are beautiful! Very clean, well maintained and updated. The views from the living room are the star of the show. Amazing sunrise and moonrise from the patio or from the living room couch. The outdoor pool and patio are like a resort. We had some trouble operating the hot tub, but the property owner was very responsive and helped us through it. Great property, great host, would highly recommend!

Great views. Great access to the beach and restaurants. Very clean and cozy. The first air b&b that weā€™ve stayed at where the hot tub actually worked, and worked well! The owner was the best communicator and no crazy rules or check out procedures! Would 10/10 recommend!

Perfect in every way

We love the St Augustine area and decided to switch our beach house vacation each year to there. Found this listing on VRBO and it looked to be just what we were looking for. It was actually better than we hoped for! So easy and comfortable. Updated throughout. Excellent location and the view is exceptional. The outdoor space is fantastic. I hesitate to give such a glowing review as then it will become so popular that it will make it hard for us to book each year but it deserves it! Phil is amazing to deal with. Very responsive and helpful. We have already decided to rebook and will look forward to returning each time!
