When booking your stay, there are several important details to keep in mind to ensure a seamless and delightful experience:
- Cleaning is included for check-in and check-out. Additional cleaning and laundry services can be arranged upon request for an extra charge.
- Pool and garden maintenance are conducted regularly (twice a week).
- For your safety, the villa is equipped with a first-aid kit, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and safety deposit box for your valuables.

- Electricity consumption is charged separately from the rental price. Upon arrival and departure, the meter reading is made to accurately calculate consumption during the stay.
This transparent approach ensures fair pricing and allows you to control your consumption while making the most of your stay at the Villa.
You will be charged a rate of 7 THB per kWh. A deposit (700 THB) upon arrival at the villa is requested. It will be returned to you at the end of the stay deducted from the electricity costs.

- Island Infrastructure: While Koh Samui is a tropical paradise, occasional power outages or internet disruptions may occur due to the island’s infrastructure. Our team is always on hand to resolve any issues promptly to minimize any inconvenience.
