This modern and private upstairs studio is nestled just two blocks from historic downtown Flagstaff and iconic Route 66—putting you within walking distance of charming cafes, local restaurants, breweries, and unique shops. Whether you`re here to explore the beauty of northern Arizona or unwind in a cozy, well-appointed space, this studio is the ideal home base.
Located above a detached garage and accessed via the back alley, the studio offers complete privacy with a dedicated parking area and a small storage shed—perfect for securely storing your bikes, skis, or other adventure gear. We’re also happy to accommodate early luggage drop-off to make your travels even easier.
Inside, the space is thoughtfully designed for both comfort and functionality. Enjoy restful nights on a queen bed with quality linens, and refresh in the full private bathroom stocked with essentials including body soap, shampoo, and plush towels.
The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook at home with an oven, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, and a variety of cooking basics. Enjoy your meals at the dining table for two, or step outside to the private patio at the top of the stairs, where you`ll find a small table and chairs—perfect for sipping your morning coffee or relaxing with a glass of wine in the fresh mountain air.
Coffee lovers will appreciate the variety of brewing options: a drip coffee maker, French press, and pour-over setup are all available, along with complimentary coffee to get you started.
