The master suite boasts a king-sized bed, private balcony access, a flat-screen TV, and a stylish en-suite bathroom with a modern walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and its own TV, with a second full bathroom featuring another walk-in shower for added convenience. A washer and dryer are located inside the unit for your personal use.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. Secured lobby, building elevators and ample on-site parking for your convenience.

The property also features a large heated swimming pool overlooking the Bay; several specially designed sun deck areas by the water with lounge chairs, dining tables with umbrellas and BBQs; a pool house that includes a large air conditioned social room for dining or playing cards; and a fishing dock for all those fish you are going to catch - no need to rent a boat. Harbour Pointe is nestled in a walkable area near Bay Beach Lane—ideal for morning jogs or evening strolls. Best of all, the sandy shores of Fort Myers Beach are just a short walk away with a private beach access. Harbour Pointe also shares "The Commons of Bay Beach Lane" which has tennis/pickleball courts, bocci ball, and parking closer to the private beach access.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open Santini Marina Plaza, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters.
