A very spacious, nicely appointed condo - very clean all round. The beds were very comfortable. Easy access to a beautiful sandy beach was a great plus. The owner was very helpful and made sure that we had everything that we needed.Cannot speak highly enough of the whole stay. Thoroughly recommend this condo.

We had a great stay! The condo was bright, clean and well equipped but the best was the great ocean view and outside space. It was also close to various restaurants which was a plus. Would definitely stay again!

We have stayed at this property for several years. It has an excellent view. Access to the beach is quick and easy via a walkway that runs beside the building. It is convenient to stores, restaurants and the downtown area. The indoor parking is a major plus. On the rare occasions when we needed to contact the host, she was very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful property! Angela has so many extra treats from the nespresso machine to the well stocked spices and coffee! Everything is walking distance however, not the best idea. She even takes extra care to provide things for your stay! I won’t spoil it but she is mindful of the small things! The property 5 stars the area truly around a 3 star. We just door dashed and delivered most all we needed. Took trips out as a group. Much homeless and mentally deranged from the pier close to PV beach down to Jax a little to close for comfort. Homeless people are allowed to sleep at the boardwalk in the public area but can’t get in the property thankfully.

Wow, Oceania 302 did not disappoint! You can’t beat the ocean views from the massive balcony! Watching the sunrise in the morning was amazing.The direct beach access, pool and hot tub made it the perfect setup for remote work while enjoying the view and the beach.The condo is gorgeous, spotless and well-stocked. They thought of everything, from a fully equipped kitchen (and a Nespresso machine with pods!) to beach chairs, beach towels and a handy beach wagon. Plus, the host was very attentive and made sure we felt taken care of.Location is perfect. Check-in and check-out was super easy and we walked to dinner at night. Having a great restaurant right next door for lunch and drinks was a huge bonus. We stay in Jacksonville Beach area often and this is easily the best condo we've found. We already booked a return trip for this fall.

Beautiful property in a great location with a gorgeous view and so many extras! The condo is spotless, comfortable and the best equipped rental I have ever stayed in. From the nespresso (with pods!), to the extras for the beach like an umbrella, chairs, wagon and beach toys, all the way to a cart to use to bring in your groceries, Angela has thought of everything for this unit to make for an exceptional stay at the beach. The beds, linens, and furniture are all great quality and super comfortable. Having the covered parking spot makes a huge difference in the Florida sunshine. This fitness room is actually very well equipped and the pool is nice to have for members of our family that prefer to swim in fresh water. Angela has everything super organized with clear instructions. We look forward to coming back again!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful condo. The host was so easy to communicate and work with. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable with luxury bedding to make you feel at home. It comes with all the amenities you can think of. The kitchen was stocked . From coffee, spices, paper products, cooking utensils, clean pots and pans and decorative plates and glassware. The bathrooms included lots of towels, soaps and lotions . No need to bring your beach items. This condo has beach towels , beach chairs, beach pads, an umbrella and a wagon. The balcony has a 6 person dining table which I loved . You don't see that very often. A great place to eat and watch the sun go down. It also included 2 comfortable chairs with ottomans. We have already booked for next year. I would highly recommend staying in this condo.

This is a lovely well maintained condo right on the beach. The host Angela was so very kind and helpful during our 8 night stay. The unit was fully stocked with most anything one could need for a fun beach vacation or peaceful respite by the ocean. We really did not want for anything plus the area was safe and convenient. This one is a 10 out of 10!

Jax Beach Visit

Our first stay in Jax Beach and this was an excellent choice. Great location, very nicely decorated and well equipped. Really enjoyed sunrise coffee on the balcony and morning beach walks to the pier. The owner has provided for a great beach experience.

Spring Break Escape

Loved the space! Decor was clean and classic. Absolutely loved the outdoor dining table and grill! Owners were quick to reply and shared important weather alerts during our stay.

We fell in love with Jacksonville Beach and the vibrant First Street North area years ago, and we are thrilled to share this beautiful corner of Florida with you. We manage Oceania 302 with passion and attention to detail, ensuring it's always the perfect home base for your coastal escape.

​We chose Oceania 302 because of its perfect setting in the vibrant and sought-after First Street North area of Jacksonville Beach. This is the heart of the community and the most desirable area for a true coastal vacation.

The scene here is lively yet relaxed, where you'll find people enjoying morning jogs on the beach, casual rooftop dining, and watching the sunrise over the Atlantic.
