My husband and I just got married this weekend and we had some couples stay with us for the weekend. This house was PERFECT! It had everything we needed and more!

Overall a great experience! The house was the perfect size for an extended family of 13 to spend a week relaxing with some many fun things to do like the beach, fishing and visiting the pool. Highly recommend.

The house was huge. Plenty of room for 15 people to spread out. The rooms were pretty nice and the basement area was a nice bonus. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table and we liked that we could grill! We had a great time sitting on the deck during the storms. We didn’t get any passes for the pool etc but the entire area was really nice. Fantastic vacation home!

The property is lovely. It was spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully appointed and very easy to cook in. There was an issue where the garbage was not picked up as expected. Also the gas grill on the deck was not usable (all the knobs had been removed). There was a second gas grill in the backyard, but it lacked a working starter and was dirty. And there was no grill brush to clean it. So we had to purchase a lighter to start the grill and a grill brush to clean it. Additionally paying 115 a person for an amenities pass is ridiculous.

The grill on the deck had been damaged by a previous guest and was unfortunately rendered unusable, which is why we provided a second gas grill in the backyard for guests to use. That grill was supplied with a grill brush prior to your stay, so we’re sorry it was not there when you arrived. We also understand the frustration of needing to purchase a lighter to start the grill and will review the starter to ensure it is functioning properly. We’re also sorry about the missed garbage pickup and appreciate you bringing that to our attention. Regarding the amenity pass, we completely understand that the cost can be frustrating. The amenity fees and pricing are set and collected by the Bayside community and are not controlled by the property owner or our management team. We do our best to make guests aware of these community-imposed fees prior to their stay. We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve the guest experience.
