As a Bayside guest you will enjoy the lavish lifestyle that resort living provides. A Welcome Center, pools, tennis, fitness center, nature and biking trails, a Clubhouse, Health & Aquatic Club, Bay access, kayak storage, community lake, fishing pier and so much more. Enjoy a round of golf at the first Jack Nicklaus Signature Course in the state of Delaware. In season shuttle service to the beach is available to both residents and guests alike. Partake in a delectable meal or libation at any one of the Bayside eateries and bars. Or take in a concert at the Freeman Arts Pavilion! There is always something to do in this vibrant award- winning beach community!

Note: Bayside charges an (optional) additional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year.

Our home offers a bright and open floor plan that flows effortlessly to living and outdoor spaces, or you can catch some quiet time in the upstairs loft. The gourmet kitchen is complete with sleek granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop, an island, and peninsula breakfast bar perfect for those casual meals. Transition from the sunroom to a paver patio with garden walls optimal for entertaining al fresco! Relax and unwind in the main level owner’s suite featuring a lovely ensuite bath, dual sink vanity, tiled stall shower, and closet. Family and guests will love the privacy and space on the second floor where you will find a spacious loft area and two additional bedrooms, one with a balcony, and a full bath. Guests are responsible for bringing their own linens (sheets, towels).

To make your stay more enjoyable and stress-free, our property is equipped with all the conveniences of a home. We have a coffee maker, toaster oven, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, gas grill, iron, ironing board, desk, and hair dryer. We have free guest WiFi and our TVs are all equipped with streaming devices which will allow you to login and continue binging that favorite show. We also have an assortment of racquets, bikes and beach supplies.

Finally, for your safety, our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each stay. Additionally, the HVAC system is equipped with the REME Halo whole home air purification system which is designed to break down any signs of bacteria, mold spores, odors, and viruses to include COVID-19.
