Master Bedroom features a deluxe King Size bed, with our indulgent custom linens, fluffy duvet, and plush pillows, two night tables with lamps, clock radio, dresser and very spacious closets.

Second Bedroom features 2X deluxe Twin Size beds, with our indulgent custom linens, fluffy duvet, and plush pillows, one night tables with lamps, clock radio, dresser and very spacious closets.

The Living Room includes 2 love-sofa - seating for 4 to 6 people, 2X folding bed (at request), an entertainment center with a flat panel LCD TV, DVD/VCR player, a dining area with seating for four and a work desk with lamp and your choice of wired or wireless Internet access. Please note that roof-top is not attached to condo but part of building amenities.

The gourmet Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots and pans. The kitchen features Shaker-style birch cabinets and tile floors, granite counter tops and full-size Energy Star GE s stainless steel appliances (four burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and side-by-side full-size refrigerator with ice maker), toaster, and coffee maker. Coffee, tea and sweeteners are provided. *disclaimer* We have the right to replace furniture without prior notice. Please note that the exact address will be shared with you 2 days before arrival. The current shown address is for our Hotel Partner. Parking is free for monthly stays, please budget $45 per night if you need parking.

Periodic building maintenance may occur, which could temporarily affect the availability of certain amenities. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations.

Furniture and interior elements may be replaced or updated at any time due to maintenance, repairs, or upgrades. Consequently, the style, design, or type of furniture in the apartment may differ from the images presented in the listing.

- No Parties, Birthday Parties or any sort of Party Gathering is allowed. Noise or loud music at anytime during your stay will result in unfortunate cancellation of your stay. The apartment is equipped with Noise Detectors to stay in compliance with the city ordinance.

- No smoking allowed on premises. $500 fine & immediate cancellation will result if violated otherwise.

- Please note that this is a residential community. Since you are not on a long term lease, the onsite staff and leasing office are not equipped or authorized to assist you. Please be sure to reach out directly to us, your hosts, so we may resolve any issue should one arise. Long term stays (30+ days) are required to pay for cleaning 2x a month, each at $199. This is a requirement by owner and none negotiable.

- Remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. We do have neighbors therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site. All guests are required to send a photo ID if they're 18+ of age, no exceptions. -Quiet times from 9pm to 9am. No smoking and no events are allowed a $500 fine will be charged for smoking or partying. Max guest capacity is 3 for One-Bedroom, 5 for Two-Bedroom, and 7 for Three-Bedroom --Unless agreed with us before checking in. (We may accept additional guests for an extra fee), violators will be asked to leave immediately with no-refund.
-Quiet times from 9pm to 9am. No smoking and no events.
-Please note that parking is free for monthly stays, $45 per night for short stays.
-Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave.
-Please note that all guests who over 18 are required to submit a copy of their ID's, no exceptions.
-Please do not keep any food in the bedroom.
-Note: We have no control over amenities and there might be maintenance just Fyi.
-Maintenance request take 24-48 hours to be handled. No control over maintenance.
-All food/beverage leftovers must be trashed outside the apartment.
