On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen that flows into a bright breakfast nook, then into a sun-filled sunroom perfect for remote work or quiet contemplation. The living and dining area, anchored by sliding glass doors, opens to the deck so the outside becomes part of the everyday. Entertainment options abound (games, Roku TV, DVD) and every detail—from furnishings to layout—speaks to easy-luxury vacation living. The upstairs wing offers three restful sleeping spaces: a master suite with king bed and en suite, a queen bedroom, and a loft with another queen tucked behind privacy drapes and screen. Things to Know
- The dock is seasonal and open from the end of May through October.
- The floating dock, accessible from a 30' ramp, has a swim ladder for entering and exiting the water should you choose to swim. The floating dock can also accommodate a canoe or kayak. No motorboats are permitted.
- The home has a backup generator
- Fireplace is inoperable and not for guests use
- There is one parking spot available for guests in the garage

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
