Unwind and reconnect with loved ones at Lakeview Landing, a stunning lakefront property on the eastern shores of Lake Livingston. Bring your boat because Beacon Bay Marina and boat launch are directly behind the home! This spacious 5-bedroom home boasts breathtaking lake views, an inviting pool (pictures coming soon!), a fun game room, and a large back patio perfect for barbecues and enjoying the Texas sunshine.

● Location: Lake Livingston, Texas (eastern side of the lake)

● Private Pool: This home features an in-ground pool that is 4ft deep with a spacious patio for lounging.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: We have room for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway.

Step inside and be greeted by an open-concept living area designed for togetherness. Relax on the comfy sectional couch and enjoy a movie on the big-screen TV. The connected dining area and kitchen create a perfect flow for entertaining. The kitchen features a large peninsula bar with stools, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while gazing out at the beautiful lake view.

Just off the kitchen, you`ll find a versatile game room offering double the fun! Challenge your friends and family to classic arcade games or relax on the comfy seating and catch a movie on another big-screen TV. This room cleverly transforms into a sleeping space with three full-over-queen bunk beds along the back wall, perfect for kids or extra guests. For added convenience, a half-bathroom is located just off the game room, perfect for avoiding upstairs trips during playtime.

Head upstairs to the remaining four comfortable bedrooms, perfect for a relaxing stay. One king-bedroom features a private bathroom, ideal for a couple`s retreat. The other three bedrooms share a full bathroom conveniently located in the hallway. Two of these bedrooms offer king-size beds, while the third provides a queen-size bed. This flexible sleeping arrangement ensures everyone can unwind comfortably after a day enjoying the lake.

Step out back to discover a spacious patio with a dining area, ideal for al fresco meals while you take in the stunning lake views. A BBQ pit and an outdoor sink are ready for your next barbecue, making grilling a breeze. And when the Texas heat gets to be too much, take a refreshing dip in the sparkling new in-ground pool.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
