This is a beautifully remodeled, oceanfront, corner end condo in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. This unit can accommodate a maximum of 4 people with 1 king, & 1 full and has a fully equipped kitchen for cooking. This condo was newly renovated in January 2015 and has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. This unit is direct oceanfront with a great beach view allowing you to relax on your balcony and overlooking the oceanfront pool area and enjoy the afternoon sun.

A Place at the Beach Windy Hill is located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach is located just a couple of minutes from Barefoot Landing. Sit back and relax while watching folks on the beach or head down to the beach and enjoy a nice walk or frolicking in the Atlantic Ocean.

When it is time for dinner this condo has all that you will need to make a meal or head out to Barefoot Landing, located about 1 ½ miles away for a good meal at the many restaurants that are available for your indulgence. Then take a relaxing stroll through the many shops that are available at Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach. A Place at the Beach at Windy Hill has a hot tub and BBQ grills & picnic area with tables for your enjoyment while you visit. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS

Close to the beach.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. It’s not a huge place but it’s quiet and right on the beach. The view is amazing and the people are very friendly.

Cozy place on the beach

We had a very good stay! Loved waking up, sitting on the lanai sipping coffee, watching the waves roll in. Beach was clean and not too busy. Pool was the perfect temperature. We had a very nice stay! Just wished we could of stayed longer.

Next to beach, beach view from condo, balcony with patio but furniture on patio not as pictured and not in great shape. Still enjoyed stay and the ocean view. Check in and out easy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was not clean to my standards again this yr. Dust on the baseboards and ceiling fans. Previous guest left open bags in the cupboard. The scariest part was when the fire alarm went off at 3;24 and we didn't get back into our room until 4:12. The fire co couldn't turn off the alarm and we had to sit in our cars. Was not a fun night since we were leaving the next day.

We loved the location and the condo amenities. The kitchen cookware was limited and needs to be updated. The floor was not cleaned properly. We had good weather and a good time overall.

Smaller than the photos indicate

Great location, and a decent condo, but a bit worn and rundown. Probably could use a bit more "renovation." Nice pool and hot tub, and a short walk to beach. Close to Barefoot Landing. Many restaurants nearby. Great view from deck overlooking pool area and beach. The description says "Newly renovated", but I would say the renovation needs to be competed.

Great Experience

Overall our stay was great. We do like to eat breakfast and lunch at "home" while on vacation and do recommend some updated cookware and some plastic dishes. We have a 3 year old and glass isnt the safest bet. But the view was beautiful, the staff at North Beach Realty and APATB were super friendly. The space is small but worked well for our family of 4.

Nice Condo

The location of the condo was excellent. It was very clean which is extremely important to me. It was a little smaller than I thought it was going to be, but it was manageable. My only complaint was that I didn’t like the layout of the master bedroom and bathroom. No light at all in the daytime and in the morning it was dark in the room. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and the view of the beach from the balcony was awesome.

Nice visit. Place was much smaller than I imagined

The rooms were much smaller than I imagined; 4 people kind of ran into each other. 4 people could not all sit on balcony together. Kitchen stock is minimal at best. King bed-I slept well!! Hated the plexiglass on balcony - impedes a breeze. Paid clothes washer & dryer was disappointing. Beach was awesome!!!

Vacation 2023

The place was pretty. Nice area but One big inconvenience, the elevator got hit by lightning a few days before we arrived. They called to tell us which one was nice . we were told hopefully back in service Monday or Tuesday. As it turned out it was not going to be fixed the remaining time of our vacation. That’s the only what incident that was disappointing about our 2023 vacay!! Sincerely Chrystal Bean

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pics make this condo look very big and nice. But it isn’t! It’s very small and very outdated. The shower had mold all over it and the beds are the hardest I’ve ever seen! I bought a new set of sheets and covered the gross couch with them. Don’t think we will be staying here again.
