Designed by Ideales Spa for pure comfort and relaxation, it features five ergonomic seats for 5, powerful hydro jets, and a therapeutic air system that melts away every trace of tension while you gaze across the Aegean.

Sink into the warm bubbles as colors shift across the horizon, let the soft breeze carry the scent of the sea, and feel time slow to the rhythm of the islands. The combination of heat, silence, and view turns each soak into a small ceremony of calm and connection.

The entire villa is yours , no shared areas, no other guests, no surprises.
Just you, the view, and the sound of the Aegean.

You’ll have private access to:

• The full 2-level villa (160 sqm - 1.750 sq ft )
• Jacuzzi/Hot Tub for 5 pax
• All terraces, outdoor lounge + sunset seating area
• Shaded dining area with BBQ
• Fully equipped kitchen + indoor dining
• Private parking area (fits 2–3 cars)
• Fast Wi-Fi + AC in every bedroom
• Laundry area with washer
• Sea-view balconies overlooking Paros and infinity blue of Aegean sea

No one lives on site.

You’re not “sharing a villa” , you’re living in it.

But we’re close enough to:

✔ help arrange taxis, car rentals, or airport transfers
✔ book a table, a beach club, or a sunset dinner with zero waiting
✔ send real local recommendations, not the tourist version
✔ fix anything that dares misbehave (yes, even the Nespresso machine)

Wake up with the sea, take your coffee outside, watch the sky change colors, and decide whether today is a beach day or a stay-home-and-do-nothing day.

Because for a little while… this hilltop and this horizon are yours.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE


• The road up to the villa is steep , this is how you get the view.
A car is strongly recommended, but we can book reliable taxis for non-drivers

• Smoking is allowed outdoors only

• Quiet hours: 22:00–07:00 and 15:00–17:30

• Sorry, no pets , the villa isn’t pet-ready yet

• Cleaning & linen refresh every 3 days is included (so no, you don’t have to wash towels on holiday)

• We can arrange: car rental, boat trips, private transfers, sunset cruises, kite lessons, hiking routes, restaurant bookings, and even groceries waiting in the fridge when you arrive

• Tap water is not for drinking , we provide bottled water to start you off

• If you're celebrating something (birthday, honeymoon, etc.), let us know , we love surprises


Bed Arrangements

Upper Floor:
• 1 bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200 cm)

Lower Floor (3 Bedrooms):
• 2 bedrooms with 1 queen-size bed each (160×200 cm)
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80×200 cm each) that can be merged into 1 queen-size bed (160×200 cm) upon request


• Extra Guest Policy

The standard nightly rate includes up to 6 guests.
For any additional guests beyond this number, a charge of 50 EUR per person, per day applies.

This fee covers increased utility use, linen, amenities, and villa wear. It is applied to ensure comfort and service quality for all guests.


• Total Capacity: 4 bedrooms • 4 queen beds (1 convertible into 2 singles) • Sleeps up to 8 guests

• Private Church on the Property

A small traditional Cycladic chapel sits just a few steps from the villa. Guests may request the key to visit privately, light a candle, or enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. It is not open to the public and is used only by villa guests

Other Things to Note

• One bedroom can convert to 2 single beds upon request

• There’s no pool on the property, but you’re just 5 minutes from one of the best swimming beaches in Greece — and now you’ve got the Jacuzzi to make up for it.

• For security, one outdoor camera faces the entrance gate only no interior or private areas recorded

• Baby cot and high chair available on request
