This place is exceptional for large groups. We come once a year and this has been our favorite rental so far. They even accommodated an early check-in, which we really appreciated. And the beds are incredibly comfortable.

The house was nice and clean, but the Casita could have used a little extra help. The hinges on the doors needed to be oiled. If the dumpsters would have been emptied that would have been nice too. Other than that we had a wonderful stay .Would definitely book again.

We traveled with our extended family of 22 people. The house was the perfect setup and had everything we needed and more. We had 2 babies and there were high chair/booster seats, bibs, plates, cups, silverware, and pack and plays provided, which was so helpful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything from dishes to appliances to silverware and gadgets. The only thing that we needed and didn’t have was the ability to make ice. The ice maker in the garage is not working and the ice maker that is built into the fridge doesn’t really work either. We just bought several bags of ice for the week and kept them in the chest freezer in the garage, which worked out just fine. We had an excellent week and this rental house allowed us to spend so much quality time with family.

Wonderful week long stay!

We had a fantastic one week stay at this rental. We did a family trip with 37 of us and it was the absolute perfect layout! The main living room and kitchen were huge and where we spent most of our time. The backyard and games were a hit, and the pool and hot tub, oh my goodness we spent most of our days out there! It was very well stocked, especially the kitchen. The bedrooms were laid out great, with most having king beds and then extra several twin mattresses for children. The pool house was so wonderful! It was great to have the extra kitchens and living room for those that needed some alone/quiet time from the group. The Traeger was so nice to have, the theater room was so fun!!! Just can't say enough good things about this place! We brought our side by sides and went to Sand Hollow State park just down the street, and had so much fun!!! Also enjoyed a day in Zion. There was excellent communication throughout our stay with the rental company, and they helped us when a few things needed addressed. We would love to come back!!!
