This facility is excellent for family groups. We had plenty of space for time together and still privacy for those who wanted it. Pool toys, lawn games and electronic games were provided in the facility. The children did not want to leave. We will likely come again.

The location and community is very nice, quiet, and accessible. We enjoyed our time at the property as well as at the location and community pool.

We had a difficult time getting the codes to get in but after that was resolved we enjoyed the houses. The bunk room was a challenge for adults. I can see how it would be great for kids but adults sleeping on bunks is more difficult. In the main house the loft was missing a railing to get up and down. We did have people stay up there and it was a bit scary getting down in the morning without a hand rail.Over all we were able to sleep 27 adults. Not too many houses for the price can do that.We had a great time.The community was beautiful and we enjoyed the community pool and hot tub.

The check in process was very simple and easy to understand. The house and setup was very useful for our needs and separating out groups out. The kitchen was stocked with decent amount of items except a big pot for the amount of people we have. I requested some bbq utensils and it was quickly brought to us by management. The house is spacious and overall in great condition. The small chill pool was useful for relaxing and the community pool was across the street. Wal-Mart was 13 minutes away for easy food runs. I'd really recommend this for large groups up to around 25 - 30 people. We'd stay here again! thank you for the stay! and A or management company!

Christmas vacation

The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of room for the 14 of us. We enjoyed everything about the house and would like to consider it again next year.

Great place and location

We stayed here with 15 adults and 4 children. This house worked very well for our group with personal space and a large enough area to be all together for meals, etc. The unit was very clean. The private pool was maintained. The community pool and splash pad and weight room are across the street and were also used and appreciated. Only about 5 min from Sand Hollow Reservoir. We had a very nice time.

Youth group trip to hike the narrows

I could not have imagined a better housing situation for my group. The place was ideal in every way. Modern, clean, comfortable and stylish. The proximity to the community pool and the courtyard space with spool allowed our youth group to freely roam. The large great room of the main house was a nice spot for our group gatherings and mealtimes. The kitchen was fantastic. The couch was fantastic. The bunk room was awesome!! All our girls fit in there and thereā€™s even 2 bathrooms inside the bunk room. The leaders didnā€™t have to share anything. Haha. The place was incredibly clean and there were no bugs. Thank you for letting us stay!

If only they would communicateā€¦..

Nice place, just as described, perfect for our group, comfortable bedsā€¦ā€¦.BUT the communication leaves some to be desired. Nobody wants to respond to you. We downsized a month before arrival but they continued to send and confirm the original place. Even sent me the address of the original place three days before check in. I questioned the reservation immediatelyā€¦..cricketsā€¦no responses. Youā€™re suppose to get your code after 3:00 pm on arrival dayā€¦.no code. We got ahold of Rachelā€¦.Oooops wrong address but got us the right one and a code to get in, with one carload headed to the wrong address and eight guys standing in the parking lot of the golf course at 7:00 pm we got the correct information. Iā€™m pretty proactive in getting these thing organized but when you canā€™t get anyone to respond it is hard to know what is going to transpire. Iā€™ve been doing this for 30 years and if there is a glitch it is the lodging reservation people. Golf courses rarely screw things up but lodging will have too few rooms, too many rooms, the front desk will want to charge rack rate even after you show them the contract rate. It seems to plague the industry everywhere you go. We downsized to a unit that was half the price but I have not seen a credit yet? We have come to expect it more often than notā€¦ā€¦why does it have to be like this in a service industry or any industry? Our education system has cheated a whole generationā€¦ā€¦.arenā€™t you proud?
