When we entered the property you could see that the property was not vacuumed. Floors were not washed. Kitchen surfaces had not been cleaned. Visible spills and food on the surfaces. There was a dirty old sponge, no dish towels.I messaged the host and they sent the cleaning people back in about an hour. The cleaner was rude. She wiped down the kitchen counter and the dining room table and vacuumed the stairs and the living room rug. No hand soap or trash bin in the upstairs bathroom. We also encountered a problem with our Internet connection. The host was messaged. They sent information for logging on, which didn’t work. We made them aware. They sent different information that didn’t work. I communicated with them every day for five days. I got a generalmessage thanking me for making them aware and they would take care of it as soon as possible. That never happened. The living room has one small couch enough to seat three people and that was it no other furniture . Just a kitchen table with metal chairs. The property has sliding doors in the bedroom, which we were unable to close.This was open the whole week. A welcome book with information on where to find extra towels, broom/ vacuum would have been helpful. We ended up checking out a day earlier. They never provided correct Internet information. The property is decorated cute and is a short walk from the beach.
