🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Parking: One parking space is included in the Westin parking garage. Parking passes are provided and must be displayed while parked. A $100 replacement fee applies for any parking pass not returned. A $25 replacement fee applies for missing key cards.

• Building Access: This studio is located on the fifth floor with elevator access. Elevator operation and maintenance are managed by the building and are outside of our control.

• Community Amenities: Resort amenities are managed by the Westin/HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary.

• Laundry: Coin-operated laundry facilities are available daily from 9:00 AM–10:00 PM.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.

• Pool Towels: Additional towels are provided in the condo for pool use. The Westin does not provide pool towels for this rental.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.

• Permit: Town of Mammoth Lakes STR Registration TOML-CPAN-15534.

• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.
