I will start with the positive. The location and view is excellent. The building and room over all was clean and well maintained. BUT keep in mind this condo is old. All fixtures are old. The dishwasher wasn’t even connected to the cabinet. The air from vents was very musty. Be aware that parking is NOT included in rental price. We would not choose this condo again!

The condo was very clean, the bed comfortable and lots of room to put things. The view from the balcony was spectaculer! The location was amazing...quiet, but within walking distance of all the fun and food!!!

The location of the place was great! It was close to a variety of restaurants and other things. The view from the balcony was perfect! The pool was clean and well maintained, daily. The staff were friendly and helpful. My biggest complaint would be the mold covering the walls in the bathroom. So while everything else about this place was fine, I wouldn’t book another stay here for that reason alone.

Location and view were spectacular! It was nice to have a washer and dryer on site. However, there was no bedroom door which could be the fact that it was a one bedroom condo, but with two little ones we could have used a door. We also had a problem with the tub draining. Water liked to back up while taking showers.

The room was clean, but the curtains did not work. The room is way too small to move around with with the sofa bed open the sofa bed should not count for two people or have a better mattress. There’s no door to the bedroom which I didn’t care for I’ve been in a lot nicer places for about the same price so I was not that impressed.

This condo is very dated. I knew the condo was small but this condo should be listed as a studio type condo, there is no privacy at all, as soon as you walk in the bed is on the left with No Door, then the bathroom is next, then kitchen & living room. The view was beautiful. The thing that was the craziest is whom ever is in charge of managing the complex is an idiot, them decided to paint the walk way to the beach & the pool area @ 9:30am in the morning when everyone is starting to come out, so it was blocked off for an hour or so, in my opinion this is something that should have been done early that morning!!! Probably will not be staying again.
