This 5-bed, 5-full and 2-half bath retreat sleeps 18 and features a heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, and stunning Galveston Bay views. Enjoy a pool table, beach gear, and plenty of room to relax. Close to Kemah Boardwalk, parks, dining, and top attractions—your ideal coastal getaway awaits.
● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.
● Location: Seabrook, TX, right across the bridge from the Kemah Boardwalk
● Private Pool: This home features a heated in-ground pool that is 6 ft deep with a spacious patio for lounging. Pool heating is an additional charge of $100 per day. Pool takes 24 hours to heat, so please ensure you reserve it in advance.
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.
● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 12 guests must be approved prior to booking.
● Parking: The driveway accommodates 6–8 vehicles. (Garage reserved for owner storage.)
Welcome to Sunrise Villa. This luxury bayside home was designed for large families and group getaways. Spanning three spacious levels, the home offers 5 bedrooms, 11 beds, and 7 bathrooms, with every bedroom featuring its own private en-suite.
MAIN LEVEL
The main floor centers around open-concept living with sweeping bay views. A fully stocked chef’s kitchen features premium appliances, a large island, and direct access to the elegant dining area and den. This level also includes a cozy library, wine cellar, laundry room, and two convenient half baths. The primary suite is located on this floor and includes a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and easy access to the main balcony overlooking Galveston Bay.
SECOND LEVEL
Upstairs, you’ll find three additional guest suites.
● Bedroom 2: Two queen beds + en-suite
● Bedroom 3: Two queen beds + en-suite
● Bedroom 4: One queen bed
This floor also features the home’s entertainment hub — a bar and billiard room — plus a second bay-view balcony perfect for morning coffee or sunset lounging.
THIRD LEVEL – THE HEAVEN SUITE
The top floor hosts the expansive Heaven Suite, ideal for kids, teens, or larger groups. It includes:
● Twin trundle
● Twin-over-twin bunk
● Twin-over-Twin bunk
● Private en-suite bathroom
This suite offers comfort, privacy, and plenty of sleeping space.
OUTDOOR SPACES
The ground level is your private outdoor oasis. Enjoy a heated in-ground pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, spacious patio, natural gas grill, and a full outdoor kitchen. Sun loungers, ample seating, and unobstructed bay views make this the perfect place to unwind.
● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.
We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.
House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than XX need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
