The Space:

This multi-level Colorado Springs retreat is designed for comfortable gathering, downtime, and everyday enjoyment. With two living rooms, two electric fireplaces, an air hockey table, a spacious backyard, a hot tub, and a fire pit, the home provides a complete mix of indoor comfort and outdoor enjoyment.

🛋️ Living Rooms

The home features two connected and inviting living areas that make it easy for groups to spread out or spend time together. The upper-level living room is bright and welcoming with a large leather sectional, Smart TV, electric fireplace, soft green accents, and warm decor that creates a comfortable place to relax. The lower-level lounge offers an open layout that flows directly into the game area, featuring a full-size air hockey table, a second built-in brick electric fireplace, a reclining chair, and a cozy leather sectional set against earthy tones and simple, warm decor. Portable AC units are installed on the main level during the warmer months to help keep the living spaces comfortable. Together, the two living spaces create a smooth, connected layout that’s ideal for both downtime and group hangouts.

The lower-level game area features a full-size air hockey table with a built-in scoreboard, positioned right off the lounge for quick games and friendly competition.

🍽️ Kitchen & Dining

The fully stocked kitchen features bright cabinetry, generous counter space, and modern appliances that make meal prep straightforward. It opens directly into the dining area, creating a connected, social layout for shared meals. Large sliding doors fill the space with natural light and provide quick access to the upper deck for outdoor dining or grilling. A coffee station with pods and a neatly organized spice rack add convenience for morning routines and everyday cooking.
