Designed for longer stays, this home offers two spacious king bedrooms, cozy living areas with a gas fireplace, and a covered terrace — perfect for morning coffee or winding down after a day in Northern Colorado.
You’ll be close to everything Fort Collins has to offer — local breweries, restaurants, and shops in Old Town, scenic trails, and easy access to CSU or major employers. With quiet surroundings, modern amenities, and a community built around sustainable living, this condo is ideal for extended stays, relocations, or work-from-anywhere guests looking for a comfortable home base.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Covered terrace with lounge seating for two!
INDOOR LIVING: 55” Smart TV, board games, ceiling fans, indoor fireplace, dining table, laptop-friendly workspace, record player with Bluetooth speakers
KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener
BATHROOMS: There are two full bathrooms. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.
GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, blackout curtains, linens/towels, keyless entry, heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.
PARKING: One-car garage with an EV charger and secure access into the building, plus additional street parking available.
HOUSE RULES:
No smoking
No events, parties, or large gatherings
PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved (no aggressive breeds) and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.
CAMERA DISCLOSURE: For the safety of our guests, this property features a camera at the main entrance(s). The camera is outward facing and does not look into interior spaces.
