The space
Our bright and airy home sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably, with cozy beds, fresh linens, and plenty of natural light. The open-plan living area flows into a modern kitchen stocked with essentials for home-cooked meals. Outside, the private pool and patio are perfect for BBQs or stargazing. Parking is a breeze with a 3 car driveway. Street parking is also allowed overnight.

House Rules:

No smoking indoors.

Pets welcome (please disclose number/size; $50 fee per pet). Must clean up after pets in dog run
(Cleaning supplies provided) . No pets on furniture please. Fee will be applied if you do not clean up after your pets.

No parties or events without prior approval.

Quiet hours are from 9pm to 7am, this home is located in a residential neighborhood.

Pool safety: Children must be supervised at all times. We do not have a pool fence but in compliance with the City of Mesa regulations. Both gates are locked ( gate codes will be given upon check in) and sliding door has a self closing and latching system.

No glass in the pool area for your safety. Please use plastic cups outside.

The home does have Ring camera's outside around the entire property for your safety and the safety of the property.

Additional info:

Landscaper comes every other Friday or Saturday morning and will be on cleaning up the property for about 1 hour.

Pool service is every Monday and they will be there for 20 minutes to take care of the pool.

Please put out the trash can ( black) out on Sunday night/ Monday morning early for pick up. Please make sure its put back by Monday night.

Please put out recycle bin ( blue) out on Wednesday night/ Thursday morning for pick up. Please make sure its put back Thursday night.
