Villa Access:
From Jalan Raya Sukawati, after the bridge, turn right onto Jalan Beji. The paved driveway is only accessible by one car or motorcycle. Access is also possible for MPVs. The villa is located at the end of Jalan Beji.

Parking:
Parking is located on the property grounds and can accommodate a maximum of 2 cars and 3 motorcycles.

Swimming Pool:
Measuring 3 x 9 square meters with a depth of 1.4 meters, it is equipped with 2 sunbeds.
Smoking is permitted in this area.

Living Room, Dining Room, and Outdoor Kitchen:
This area is located in one open space, ensuring excellent circulation. We recommend bringing mosquito repellent, as Bali has a tropical climate, making mosquitoes unavoidable during certain seasons.

Services:
Our staff is not available 24/7.
Staff will come to clean the house for 1-2 hours, Monday through Saturday. Staff are closed on Sundays, major holidays, and national holidays. We will inform guests if staff cannot come due to an emergency.
Staff will clean the house, make all beds, and collect towels for laundry. Bed linen will be changed every three days.
Towels will be changed every two days. We provide a small drying rack for wet towels to dry after use.
The pool will be cleaned twice a week. Please do not use the pool for at least 1-2 hours after chlorine treatment.
If laundry is required, please inform the host or staff. Laundry costs will be covered by the guest.

Important Notes:
Pets are not permitted, and parties or loud noises are prohibited after 12:00 AM, as they will disturb the residents around the villa.

Additional Service Charges
- Airport pickup or drop-off 350,000 IDR per car for a maximum of 4 people
- Motorcycle rental (daily fee)
- Car rental with driver/guide, for a maximum of 6 people per car, to explore Bali. Price 850,000 IDR for 10 hours and 40,000 IDR for every additional hour.
Use a comfortable vehicle.
The price only covers the car, gasoline, and driver/guide, excluding parking fees, entrance fees, and other expenses.
