My two bed studio condo unit offers DIRECT access to the boardwalk! Cross over the boardwalk - maybe 10 feet - and you are ON the beach. You can not get more perfect beach and boardwalk access!

I include free parking and two comfy queen beds!

You have an ocean front view! Wake up in your 2 big comfy beds to stare out over the sparkling ocean. Have a nightcap with your special someone in the full length window seat watching the lights come on over the boardwalk at night and the Ferris wheel and casino lights shine. All this from your private condo!

We provide towels, super comfy bed linens, basic kitchen utensils.

You'll have access to FREE parking, free seasonal pool, and direct boardwalk access to the beach!

1) Confirm that only registered guests will be at the house. It sleeps plenty all ready, but our family home is not available for non-registered guests.
2) This is not a party house, its a family home. If a party is detected by the noise monitoring system, it automatically contacts local law enforcement. The city is pretty cautious to ensure that no one disturbed, ya know? Just wanted to double check that this is fits your needs.

Important Update: The shared hot tub and gym is currently undergoing maintenance and will be unavailable. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Our property still offers a fantastic array of amenities to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need recommendations for other great local activities and attractions!

Please be aware that we do not provide daily housekeeping service at our condo. We clean the condo and provide one set of fresh bed linens for each bed and towels for you during your stay.

If you are staying for more than 5 days, we would be happy to arrange for an additional set of fresh towels partway through your stay. Just let us know!


COVID Updates:

The beach and boardwalk are WIDE open!

Casinos are open for business.

Restaurants are open all up and down the boardwalk with outdoor seating -- and really, it's pretty great being able to sit outside to eat and drink and watch the ocean.

Pool Information
The pool is *normally* open from Memorial Day thru Labor Day.

The pool IS open seasonally.
