The Home (Amenities are at the Clubhouse)

Living Room: Cozy sofa seating, smart 75” Roku TV, board games, and access to a private screened lanai.

Dining & Kitchen: Dining table for eight plus a fully equipped kitchen with standard appliances, cookware, dishware, blender and drip coffee-maker.

Outdoor Spaces: Upstairs balcony with café seating (perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails) and a first-floor screened lanai with chairs and tables.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 12 across 9 beds):

Bedroom 1 (First Floor): Queen bed (Extra Firm Deep Pocket Mattress) + twin daybed, smart Roku TV, ensuite bathroom, room darkening curtains.

Bedroom 2 (Second Floor): King bed (Extra Firm Deep Pocket Mattress), smart 55” Roku TV, ensuite bathroom, balcony access, room darkening curtains.

Bedroom 3 (Second Floor): Full bed (Extra Firm Deep Pocket Mattress) under twin bunk + twin bed, smart 32” Roku TV, room darkening curtains.

Bedroom 4 (Second Floor): Twin bed + twin bunk, smart 32” Roku TV, room darkening curtains.

(Extra pillows and blankets available in each bedroom closet)

Bathrooms: 3.5 total – including two en-suites, one full hall bath on the 2nd floor, and one half bath on the 1st floor. We provide hotel-quality body towels for guest use and makeup cloths are provided. We do not offer face washcloths for hygiene reasons. A hairdryer is provided in each bathroom.

Laundry facilities: In-unit washer & dryer + 2 x laundry baskets, iron and ironing board

Parking: Driveway for two vehicles. Additional parking available near the clubhouse with a daily fee charged by the resort

Things to Note

-Check-in at the Regal Palms Resort front desk is required before accessing the unit.
-Early check-in/late check-out requests must be submitted by 10:00 AM the day prior and may incur additional fees.

-Only the number of guests registered at the time of booking is authorized to stay in the unit. Any additional persons staying must be authorized by the owners or the guest services host prior to their arrival.

-Parking is limited to 2 cars (no street or grass parking).

-The units at the resort are NOT equipped for electrical charging for any electric vehicle. Please use off-property authorized charging stations.

-Starter supplies provided: toiletries, paper goods, detergent, tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper. Guests may need to restock for more extended stays.

-Towels are provided for the house and are NOT to be used for the Pools. The resort provides towels for use in the Waterpark

-For guest safety, exterior cameras are installed.

-For more extended stays, an additional cleaning can be added upon request for a fee provided by the Hosts.
