We did want to follow up regarding your comment about the height of the ceilings, particularly as it related to traveling with small children. We weren’t quite sure what you meant and wanted to better understand your concern. The home has traditional, standard-height ceilings and does not have extended or unusually high ceilings. The ceiling height is also consistent with the standard construction of the homes throughout the resort. We certainly appreciate your feedback and understand that every family has different needs and preferences when traveling. While the ceiling height is a structural feature of the home and unfortunately not something we are able to modify, we appreciate you bringing your concern to our attention. The guests left the house in a terrible state, resulting in reportable damage. We would not rent to them in the future.
