Eric, I feel your review is unfair. I work very hard at trying to ensure that every guest has a 5 star stay. It is a guest responsible to notify of any issues rather than wait for a list at your review. You state the unit was not “SUPER” clean. Had you mentioned to me that there was an issue, the cleaning service would have gladly come back to address any concerns. Also, you state you brought a “swifter”- there are cleaning products and a Mop in the unit for guest during their stay. You left the unit with excessive dog hair and I did not pass the additional charge for cleaning on to you. There is a mat outside for wiping your feet prior to entering the condo. As the ad states, no linens, this includes bath mats and towels. Again, had you notified me, I would have more than happy to provide several bath mats for you. Most guest would not want to use these items during COVID. I am sorry you did not read the ad completely as it states “coined operated” washer and dryer. You seem jealous that your family member received a better pricing, maybe you should have them assist you next time. Might I suggest: I think you would be a better fit for a hotel instead of a VRBO.

I am a little confused as to why your review is pointing out no beach tags as this is advertised on the listing prior to booking. This is becoming more of the norm for Ocean City. You comment about TV Channels is not accurate. There are basic TV channels over 900 of them along with Rokus on each TV which gives you channels. You can also log in to your own Netflix, Hulu and Amazon TV accounts. I am sorry you did not reach out to me on how to use the TV’s as I would have been more than happy to help you. All guest are always welcome to bring their own Firestick. As far as the bathroom, there is a picture of the bathroom prior to you booking this unit. There are other units and you could have rented a different unit with a new bathroom. Your unit was priced accordantly. This bathroom is actually on the schedule to be updated this fall. Alleyways are not streets. This again could have been brought up on any map for you to see prior to booking. Might I suggest next time you book a rental from Vrbo you read the ad and look at the pictures. I see you had nothing nice to say about the unit but if you look at other reviews there a many with five star ratings on this unit.
