Great vacation spot

The house was set up amazingly, they thought if everything, the view from the backyard was perfect! I hope I can stay there again next year!

Perfect Location

House was perfect location for me and family to ride bikes right out the door. Big bedrooms, comfortable living spaces, the most electronic reclining chairs we’ve ever seen! Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Tucson getaway

We wanted to get away for a few days after my wife had had radiation treatment for cancer. We wanted no phones, no visitors and quiet for a few days and we found it. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and it was well stocked with everything we needed.

Nice and Quiet Relaxation

We came to the area for a special event for our grandchild. The home was nicely decorated and the house was very clean. We enjoyed sitting outside near the pool, swimming, and the hot tub. It was nice relaxing place to stay near our event. Great host!

Tucson Getaway

Because of a lot of medical issues we wanted to get away from it all for a few days and just relax. This house was great for that. It was quiet,we never heard any neighbors or traffic. The house was equipped with everything we needed and did have a very relaxing time.

Nice getaway

Location is within 10 minutes of Davis Monthan afb. Close to everything we wanted to do. Great books with lots of Arizona info and things to do. Clean property owner is very accommodating.

Great destination for a few days

We had a great time! The home is comfortable, the backyard was quiet, inviting and relaxing with a pool that can be heated for an additional cost (which we didn't do) and the fruit trees (grapefruit, lemon and tangerines) are wonderful! The hot tub was absolutely heavenly! We were especially happy to be able to bring our two dogs with us.

An oasis in the desert

It felt like a resort to stay here. Sitting in the hot tub looking out over the very private pool at the mountains, palm trees, and cacti. We enjoyed a couple fresh lemons from the tree in neck and even 2 grapefruit from the tree in front. It was close to anything you need and attractions. Would love to stay here again.

Lovely home!

The house was perfect for us and our two dogs. We were in town for the Cynosport World Games USDAA dog agility competition and it was a really nice place to relax and recuperate after long days. The spa was perfect and if it had been a little warmer we might have braved the pool. If we come back in two years, we’ll definitely try to book the same home!

Loved it!

Cozy and comfy. Loved it! Great for a family to enjoy time together. Great location. 20 min drive to anything. Space was clean and we were well equipped for our stay. If I return to Tucson I will definetly be looking for this property again!

Paradise in Tucson

The house, the quiet neighborhood, the views, everything was absolutely fantastic. Everything was in working order, and having left over non perishables was wonderful. We left our non perishables there for the next guests! The rock painting idea was so much fun. We were centrally located for some wonderful sightseeing adventures!! It was so wonderful to see all the cactus in bloom.

Great

Other than a few spots of deferred maintenance and a hot tub that needed to be drained, we loved the kitchen, hot water, appliances, location, comfort, sheets, beds, pillows, garage access, decor, and furniture. Stay here to relax in a quiet neighborhood close to the Air Force Base. Not too far from the highway and other attractions, depending on what you are looking to do. I have stayed in many many homes in Tucson while working and this one is top notch for the value.

Our home away from home.

Exactly the amount of space we needed for 3 nights with our 2 dogs and 2 kiddos. Fun discovering all the home comforts even if we didn’t use them (popcorn maker & ice cream maker). Condiments available to use! Loved the rock painting! Wish there were more family games and kids activities.

Comfortable, Relaxing, Family Home

We had a great time staying. It literally had everything you'd never expect in the kitchen. There was plenty if towels and blankets. We stayed a week and the only thing I would have liked was extra trash liners for the bathrooms and a mop for the floors. Every family has different needs, so, I understand if some wouldn't want them. I, personally, would of enjoyed being able to clean up this way. Thank you for opening your home and having pool/dog toys for guests. It made for a relaxing stay in the hot Tucson summer sun! We hope to visit again.

Awful Property! Left Early!

Communication before arrival was great, the welcome book was amazing with a lot of thought. House looks decent on listing but had a very different feel when we arrived. The screen on the front door is torn and has an awful smell that lingers in the entry way. 2 of the bedrooms are very small and overstuffed with items/furniture. The master is a very nice size but the bed squeaks so badly that I woke every time my husband rolled over. Paid for the pool to be heated but it felt cold the entire time, there isn’t a thermostat to test the water. The hot tub water smelled like MILDEW and was UNUSEABLE!! There is very little lighting outside so the space isn’t usable after dark. The pool is very deep and ended up not being enjoyable to the kids, this with the water temp they spent maybe 5 min in the pool. The pool also has a long tube with a vacuum thing on the end that surfaces every 5-15mins at random intervals and sucks loudly at the air making the back yard unenjoyable. The fridge handles were FILTHY, crumbs in the fridge and the freezer. No counter cleaner or Clorox wipes. I’m not sure where the cleaning fee goes but it sure doesn’t get used to pay professional cleaners to clean the place to the standards that they boast about in the welcome packet. You can’t say “We have very high standards for our property and expect it to be spotlessly clean and ready for your arrival.” and have dusty fake plants, cobwebs, and dirty shower curtains in the home. There is dust on the sugar and other canisters, on coffee machine, the stove was dirty, there was a pile of hair in the hallway, spider webs in many areas, a rotting corner in the master, horrifically dirty grout on the shower floor in the master bath (I refused to use it!), someone’s medicine on the floor in the master bath; this says the floor wasn’t swept or mopped and was the nail in the coffin, we packed up right then and left a day early!

We've addressed your comments with our housekeeper. - Thanks for letting us know about the tear in the screen door; we will look into this right away. - We can confirm that the pool heater was on during your stay, and we had it checked by a professional who let us know it's working fine. The temperature control is there as well, so guests can adjust the temperature to their liking and report any problems to us. - The hot tub was serviced the week before your stay. Recent guests haven't had any issues with the pool or spa. - We encourage guests to reach out with any concerns so that we can address those right away for a more enjoyable stay. We weren't aware that you had an issue with cleanliness or that you left early. Thanks for letting us know about your stay; we will continue to work hard to provide future guests with a five-star experience!
