It was a pleasure hosting these guests! They followed the house, rules, communicated throughout their stay, and were very respectful. They left the home clean and tidy, making checkout quite easy. I appreciate their thoughtfulness and would host them again anytime. I highly recommend these guests to any other hosts.

Great guests! They communicated well, follow all the house, rules, and left the home, neat and tidy. I would gladly host them again and recommend them highly to other hosts.

Israel and his group left the property clean and generally in good order. Communication was somewhat pleasant, and they were understanding when an unexpected situation arose involving a neighboring guest. However, they arrived parked in the driveway several hours before check-in without prior approval. Additionally, there was evidence of vaping inside the home, which is against house rules. Future hosts may wish to clearly reinforce arrival and smoking/vaping policies before check-in.

This was a great place and everything we needed for a place to land for a couple of nights. There was plenty of space to hang out. The location was perfect for graduation at RIT. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Check in was seamless. I would recommend it for sure.

This sweet little place was perfect for our family's visit to University of Rochester. The house was as described in the listing, it was great to have a parking spot, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and timely. The location is wonderful, and it really does have a river running through the backyard! We did have one small issue, and when we reached out to the owner, she responded in less than 1 minute and was able to address it very quickly.This house worked perfectly for our family that includes a teenage son and teenage daughter (who did not want to share a room or bed), and we would definitely stay here again if our daughter decides to attend UofR.

It was an absolute pleasure hosting Kelly and her family! They were kind, respectful, and took care of the home during their day. Communication was smooth and easy from start to finish and I truly appreciate it how thoughtful and considerate they were. I’m so glad the house worked well for their visit to the University of Rochester and that they enjoy the location and the river. They are welcome back anytime and I would happily host them again. Highly recommend to any host!

We stayed two nights. We had two adults two teens and two 5&10 yrs old. It was very cozy. We had an issue with the downstairs bed. However we contacted host she was very friendly she had some options to try. The young man ended up sleeping on the couch as there was an unfixable issue at the time.He was totally fine with that. The host paid attention to detail which really showed. I absolutely love the reading nook by the bunk beds with the personalized lights. The children’s Lego and games were a plus.we loved our stay and thank her for having us.

The house was as advertised. It is at the end of a dead end street with the river and a walking trail in the backyard. There is driveway parking and street parking as well. It is conveniently located within minutes of the highway and many restaurants and attractions. The beds are very comfortable and there are lots of extra pillows and blankets. There are games for adults and lots of toys for children. There is a lot of room to relax. In the nice weather sitting on the deck and grilling would be enjoyable. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment. Coffee and sugar are stocked in the house with a choice of using ground coffee or kcups. If you are sensitive to noise or worried about difficulty of getting little children to sleep it would be worth using a sound machine. There is some highway noise and airport traffic as well as a neighbor with a barking dog. Overall it was a very positive, convenient and comfortable visit.

Ramona and guests were an absolutely joy! She ran the dishwasher, stripped the beds (placing the used linens on the floor by the bed), and placed the dirty towels in the tub. We truly appreciated her kindness and care for the space. Communication was great, and she left the place in excellent condition. We would happily host her again anytime and highly recommend her to other hosts.

Very communicative about the property leading up to the trip so there were no surprises. Property located on a quiet street with friendly neighbors. Activities to suit all ages are located near the property. We had a great time and hope to stay again when visiting family in the future.

Our family and friends had a great time staying at Round the Riverbend. The house is on a quiet street very close to walking and biking trails right along the Genesee River and Erie canal. The house was cozy and fit our group with 6 kids and 4 adults very comfortably. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and enjoyed them on the back porch. This was a great place to stay and close to all the things we wanted to do in Rochester. Thanks for a great stay!

It was a pleasure hosting Daniel and family/friends! They were respectful, easy to communicate with, and took wonderful care of our home even bringing to my attention a few things I need to look at. They followed all of the house rules and checkout instructions and left everything clean and tidy. We truly appreciate guests like them and would be delighted to welcome them back anytime.
