Welcome to Kahana Manor 520 — Your Relaxed West Maui Retreat. Perfectly located in the heart of Kahana, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is ideal for families, couples, or friends. With two queen beds and a queen-size sleeper sofa, it comfortably sleeps up to six guests. Just a short walk to the beach and minutes from Kapalua, Napili, and Kaanapali, this condo is the perfect home base for your Maui adventure.

Step inside to an inviting living area featuring a queen sleeper sofa, smart TV, and ceiling fans to keep the island breeze flowing. Sliding glass doors open onto your private lanai, providing a peaceful spot to enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The fully equipped kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances, modern finishes, and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. A dining table for four makes it easy to enjoy breakfast or dinner together. The unit also offers in-unit washer and dryer, elevator access, and one assigned parking space for your convenience. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, ample closet space, and a portable A/C unit for added comfort. Its ensuite bathroom offers a walk-in shower and modern finishes. The second bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and generous storage, sharing access to a bright second full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combo.

Kahana Manor provides a relaxed, local vibe in a prime West Maui location. The complex includes a swimming pool, BBQ grills, outdoor shower, and designated parking. Great spot close to everything you need

We stayed here for a week and it was great. The condo was clean and perfect. It’s just a short walk to the beach and close to shopping. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. Maholo. Until next time….

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay for 5 nights in January. The condo was clean and as described. The bedrooms have portable air conditioners which was nice because although it’s January, it was still pretty warm while sleeping. The only thing I would note is to bring a sleep mask, as one of the bedrooms has a light shining into it at night and the curtains are not blackout. Overall, a good stay!

If you’re sensitive to your surroundings, this is not the place for you. There is an issue with the front door very hard to open air-conditioning units are very loud so you can’t have them on while you’re sleeping. All towels were clean but stained bottom of bathtubs stained very uncomfortable furniture. Some bedsheets had stains on them. the dining room shutter is broken so it leaks air giving the place a damp feeling, which is very uncomfortable. The windows need some serious washing. The bedroom curtains were closed all the time because of the thick dirt that was on the glass. The didn’t work correctly. The screens on the shutters and the dining area very dirty. It had spiderwebs on the corners when we walked in the apartment things seemed clean. But then I noticed the floor and the counters have a brown film on them so I cleaned the entire condo before we used it. They left us with a disgusting mop. It was filled with dirt and food. Very disgusting. Cabinets are very old and some drawers. Don’t open correctly. No USB outlets in the condo. The two stars are for the kitchen appliances and glassware and the cleaning supplies with the garbage bags. Hand soap and lotion was also provided. Toilet tissue and paper towel towels, or provided as well.

Mostly good

We did have some issues. The bathroom door to the second bathroom wouldn’t work and was a problem the entire stay. We did notify the host and they tried to get someone out to fix. The biggest issue was the air conditioner in the master bedroom wasn’t working which made sleep difficult. There is no air conditioning in the main part of the house so it isn’t comfortable hanging out there in the afternoons/evenings. Other than those issues, it was clean, well stocked and communication was great.

Family Vacation Maui Northshore

My family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenage sons) had a very nice 7 day vacation to Maui's beautiful North Kaanapali shore. This Kahana location is great for those who want to enjoy everything that Kaanapali has to offer but without the large resort crowds. The condo unit is about equal distance from both Black Rock / Whalers Village and Honolua Bay. If you're into beaches and snorkeling this is a great location. Overall the porperty is a little bit older and somewhat dated but still comfortable for 3 - 4 people. The in room AC units are a little cumbersome and somewhat loud for sleeping but we spent most of our time outdoors or in the water so we were pretty wiped out at night and sleeping was not difficult. The kitchen in this unit was very good and fairly well equipped making it easy to prepare meals. The outdoor pool and BBQs were modest but very clean and handy for when we came back from long days out and about. There is no beach access from this property but several local park beaches are easily within walking distance. In summary we had a very nice time staying in Kahana it's a great location and for the cost it is what one should expect.

First Time!

First time booking with VRBO and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was amazing. Sit right above restaurants which makes it super convenient. Washer and dryer in unit was super helpful as I was able to travel home with clean clothing. Beach umbrellas we available. Great stay.
