Zuma Bungalow (650 +/- Sq Ft) is located right on the beach. It features a spacious, private bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, hotel grade linens, HD 4K Smart TV and a well-appointed bathroom. The living area includes a fireplace, queen-size pullout sofa-bed (sleeps 2), HD 4K Smart TV with a Sonos Sound Bar, and a dining table that seats 4. The spacious kitchen provides everything needed for gourmet meal preparation and has a bar type counter that seats 2. This Bungalow is beautifully decorated to complement and highlight the stunning ocean front views. Experience magical sunsets, the rhythm of crashing waves, and unobstructed ocean views all from the privacy of your own furnished deck. All Bungalows enjoy private beach access, free wireless internet and one Free on-site parking space.

all about the view!!!

If you are looking to stay right on the beach, this is your place! We had a great time here but wanted to emphasize that this place is almost exclusively about the view. At this price point, we perhaps naively expected it to be a nicer than it was (there were no rugs, the pans were cheap, knives dull, no dishwasher, etc.). It was clean and generally "fine" to be sure and at a lower price point we would be raving about it. If you are expecting something like the Ritz or Four Seasons, this is not it. But the view and location are just as advertised.

Beautiful waterfront condo

If you like ocean waves, great views and great location, this place is for you! Not kidding when i say this place is on the beach. Gorgeous! Highly recommend staying here. It's close to restaurants, shopping and most important, the beach is right at your tiptoes. Very clean and romantic for a couple too.

Perfect ocean-front location

My husband and I had the perfect vacation staying in this beachfront suite. It’s location is stunning. You can hear the waves breaking beneath you. Check in is easy. The suite is clean, and had everything we needed. We found restaurants, bars, local beaches and food stores, really easily, just a few minutes away. We spent 10 days here but could have easily stayed for longer. It was exactly what we needed.

Perfect little getaway on the beach

Bungalow 10 was exactly as described. A small little place right on Carbon beach with access. The place was older but well maintained and was perfect for a couple or small family. The beach access is relatively easy when the tide is low which allows a nice walk looking at the magnificent beach homes on Billionaire’s Beach. There’s restaurants, fast food, grocery stores and anything else you need very close by. I would rent here again if ever needing a place in Malibu.

Beautiful beach bungalow.

Excellent place with views to die for. Panoramic sunrise and sunset, sounds of the waves, ocean breeze, this place was perfect. The place was clean and all basics provided. The host was very responsive to all my queries. Would love to come back in the summers. Supriya.

in the Bucket list of trips, this was a Full Pail

There is no better beach in continental USA than Carbon Beach in Malibu and this accommodation was the gateway to all the wonderful things available. Housing was clean, bed comfortable, parking easy and plenty of room for my husband and me. When I had to get in touch with Cruz, the manager, he was timely, quick and resolved everything to my satisfaction. We will be back

Birthday By The Beach

A perfect setting. Each of us had our own oasis bungalow, with two shared private staircases. We hung out together through sunsets and moonrise’s, high tides and low tides with beach walks and ocean swims. We talked to surfers walking by carrying their surfboards, and shared our staircase with them for a rest. We saw dolphins and seagulls. We went to Cross Creek for an outdoor Italian birthday dinner and were home in minutes to celebrate with champagne and bday cake, and our gas fireplace, serenaded by the crashing waves and the fresh sea breeze. The plants, flowers and trees are much and verdant. We were on vacation and we made memories to last a lifetime. We, and many of my friends who heard about our celebration trip, are already planning our next stay. Thank you to Cruz and Team!!!

Calming Ocean Sounds & Views

Our little cottage tucked away off the busy CA1 was a gem. It was well maintained and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed sitting on the patio watching and hearing the waves crash onto the small, private beach below us. We had all amenities - fireplace, TV with access to Netflix/Amazon/Hulu, super comfy bed, and toiletries in the bathroom. The kitchen was adequately stocked for our needs. It was a great place to relax, unwind, and reset for a few days. The beach in front of the cottage is very small, and depending on the tides, you may not be able to enjoy playing in the water. We happened to stay when the tides were higher, so the ocean waves come high onto the beach, and sometimes under the house. The sounds of the waves crashing were wonderful, but if you're looking for a play beach, just mind the tide schedule and plan accordingly. Overall, I would stay here again or in another cottage in a heartbeat.

Malibu Retreat

Picture perfect few days in Malibu. No stress. No drama. Everything was as Cruz said it would be. Cruz and staff were more than accommodating. Location absolutely perfect. Only problem is we had to leave. Can’t wait to return!
