Great Location

My wife and I stayed with our three adult sons. The apartment was spacious and well-appointed. Fantastic location with easy access to Carbon Beach and shops/restaurants.

Excellent Stay

We really enjoyed our stay as a family !! I have never booked thru a VRBO type service so I was a bit nervous paying the full amount in advance for a 17 day booking — I was pleasantly surprised Any issue or concern we had was addressed immediately particularly by Alex and Jelena. The rooms are clean, the beach is fantastic and attention to detail is first class We will be back !!!

The place was exactly as advertised and we could not be happier with our unit and time there. Clean, well appointed and built with top quality. I would love to return! The only advice I could share is to put room numbers on the outside of the units...it was hard to locate what unit we were in..we just had to try to find the unlocked unit. We met two other guest that were there that said the same.....just a trial an error to find one that was unlocked.

Fantastic stay at a modern beach villa

Exceptional value. Huge living room and very large bedrooms. Really comfortable bed and sheets. Well stocked kitchen. Will definitely consider staying again next time we’re in town.

Perfect Malibu Getaway Weekend!

Great place, great location, furnished beautifully with all the amenities! Would definitely stay here again. The management team was awesome. They were prompt with responses and answers. Top notch! Loved our stay!

Superb

The entire process was smooth and communicative. The property is immaculate, and the location is exactly what I needed. When I travel to Malibu again, this is where I will try to stay if it is available. I can’t say enough about the hospitality and the provisions that were made. This was an excellent stay!

This is a great property. We are in Malibu 4-5 times a year and will make this one of our go tos!

Great property. Clean, easy. Nicely decorated. Everything you need. Great beach access and close proximity to everything in Malibu! You won’t be disappointed.

Everything was wonderful. From the girl that met us to show us everything to the comfy of the entire place. Especially the beds. My grandkids loved both balconies Tha k you for the wonderful experience

We had hoped for a bit more access to beach view, sound or otherwise. Our view was street facing, which should be announced in listing. Wished there was access to beach chairs etc with each unit. For the units that have zero view of the beach, it would be nice to have access to a community area for beach viewing or relaxation outdoors.

Beautiful

Extremely clean and beautiful property. Garden was gorgeous. You do have to climb over some rocks if you go down the stairs to the beach and when tide is high it’s not accessible but there is a public access right next to the building that is very easy and was not crowded at all. Management was extremely prompt and responsive and so very nice. Worth the money and we usually do not spend this much but really loved this space.

Clean and comfortable

We had a great stay! The property is exceptionally clean (loved the Japanese toilets/bidets)! The layout allowed our entire family to stay comfortably. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and efficient. Was a little confused on layout in the online photos (we tried to do the virtual tour but I think it was of another unit). :) The common area with grass and lounge chairs near the ocean offered gorgeous views. Great location! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Better than we expected…and our expectations were HIGH

Pros: Great experience. The villa was clean and peaceful and at a great location in Malibu. Both away from the crowd and close to many restaurants. Staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were clean and private enough for a group of people. If you’re renting a car, there’s a garage parking and even when we couldn’t snag it there was easy street parking. Cons: Only cons was wishing we had more direct communication with the staff. We realized on our last day we missed out on some nice rooftop views; we were bummed we didn’t get a tour. Overall this is a villa we would stay again!

A wonderful staycation

If you're looking for a clean, modern, and spacious place with unbeatable views of the ocean, this is the place to be! The beds are way more comfortable than most hotels. The sofa beds are hard, but the children didn't notice until day 4. The dining table had plenty of space to fit a family of 7. The location is unbeatable. Not only are you right on the beach, you're also in walking distance to stores, restaurants, and the pier. Just be aware that this listing includes only one parking spot and parking on PCH in the afternoons are difficult. However, we live nearby and were aware of that. The only issue we ran into were constant glitches with the VRBO app and delayed messaging relay, but that's not the responsibility of the host. They host is responsive and friendly. We'd definitely come back in the summer!!

This is a terrific property with easy beach access and in a great location in Malibu. The beds and pillows are wonderfully comfortable, and the high end finishes (showers with body jets, invisible hinge doors, nespresso machine, smart toilets) in the unit make for an enjoyable stay. The parking can be tricky in Malibu so it was nice to have access to the spaces in the building, which were only unavailable one time in our 5 day stay. The outdoor shower for cleaning up after the beach was great and we happily used the buildings sand toys and boogie boards one day also. The unit came with beach towels to use as well. Don’t forget to walk across the street for D’a more pizza or nearby to Sake House! So good.
