Mona is a 1st floor, 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom penthouse, which won both NSW architectural and master builder awards, and has been professionally decorated / styled to create Brunswick Heads most modern, luxurious holiday retreat.

The chef's kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are fully equipped with all appliances, linens (inc beach towels) and amenities.

The master bedroom with king bed opens up onto a covered deck with vergola / daybed and includes an ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and the 3rd bedroom has a flexible bedding configuration - the default option is twin beds which can be converted into a King (request must be made at time of booking).

Superbly located opposite Memorial Park (where the markets are held every 1st Saturday of the month) and Brunswick River (50m to Bruns best river beach) with only a 200m stroll to shops, cafes, pub and surf!

Note, Mona operates strict house rules to adhere to the NSW STRA Code of Conduct policy e.g. maximum 6 guests, noise curfews, strictly no parties / events / schoolies etc.

No check-in on Sundays or Public Holidays.
Bookings during School Holidays and Peak Periods are minimum 7 days.
Bookings for Festivals are Wednesday to Wednesday.
