Lovely 3 bedroom duplex on Anna Maria Island, Private pool, pet friendly!

Isle Haven A is the perfect home for you to make memories that will last a life time! It is a dreamy beach getaway to relax and enjoy the classic Florida charm of Anna Maria Island. No street crossing to get to the beach!! This newly renovated 3 bedroom/2.5 bath duplex offers all the amenities you may think of. You will be delighted upon entry in this beautifully decorated open floor plan with flat screen T.V., comfortable seating and dining for ten, just to name a few. The large kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware you would need to prepare meals and snacks. A private office is also provided in this lovely home just off the living area. On the second floor, you will find the master bedroom with a king size bed and queen size beds in the second and third bedrooms. Additional sleeping available off the master bedroom. Unwind on one of the small decks which are located off the living area and the north bedroom on the second level. The beach is just a short walk down the street with no streets to cross. The same goes for bars, restaurants and shops in Holmes Beach. Explore all Anna Maria Island has to offer onboard the free trolley with stops very close to the property. The location cannot be any better! For bigger parties you may also rent Isle Haven B that accommodates 4 people.
Dogs up to 40lb are welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus taxes, maximum of 2 pets unless otherwise approved by FDR.

Accommodates up to 6 people. Minimum Stay Required: 1 Week.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

* Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund less a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit all deposit received. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

Great family vacation

Perfect place for our family to spend time together! Fabulous kitchen and pool! Quick walk to the beach was easy with grand kids. Close to restaurants. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Would stay here again!

Beautiful and Great Location!

The house was clean with a big kitchen that had everything you need. Location was one block from the beach and across the street from restaurants/bars and some shopping.

The pool is a great size and very convenient for all day at the pool days! Beach is so close that even surprised us on this tiny island. The kitchen is fully equating looks newly redone!

The location is ideal. A block to the beach!

We could walk for coffee, shopping and lots of restaurants. The pool was a definite plus. Plenty of parking for our two cars. Outdoor shower was nice as well.

Great location!

Great location and the house has everything you need. The only issue we had was the carpets and rugs were very dirty. All of our socks had black on the bottom of our feet after a trip upstairs. The house, pool and location and amazing.

LOVED IT

We were so pleased with our Anna Maria VRBO stay. The house is beautiful with a great location, close to the beach and dining. The house has everything you could possibly need. I felt like I was staying at someone’s home, not a piece part put together vacation rental. Property manager was responsive to questions in timey manner. I would definitely recommend this listing!

Great location to chill!

This is the second time we have stayed at this lovely property. (This was the first time we stayed on the side with the pool!) We love how close it is to local shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the beach entrance. This property is fully stocked with the two things we all need, plenty of clean kitchen utensils and secondly, a nice selection of beach stuff (chairs, umbrellas, toys, beach towels, etc.)to load up the wagon and take down to the beach and set up shop for the day!!! We’re hoping to comeback soon!!!

As Good As The Photos

This was a lovely, spacious, delightful property. It was just as nice in real life as the other online photos! The kitchen is so well stocked, we had a hard time remembering where to put away items we had used! (The only addition we would have liked would be cloth napkins.) We were especially pleased by Kevin, the realtor’s Mr. Fixit. He came a couple of times & was just terrific! And the location was great too.

Loved our stay!

Loved our stay at Anna Maria Island! The house was clean, spacious and fully stocked with kitchen essentials, plenty of towels and beach accessories. Only issue we had was the cleaning crew arrived just before our check in time and were there an hour after our check in time. Wouldn’t have been an issue if we arrived a little later but we even let the host know we’d be there right at the check in time, so we ended up waiting in our car for about an hour. But overall would definitely stay there again!

Great Beach Location

Reviewer Comments: This location is great for beach time and walkable to some fun restaurants, coffee shops etc. The house itself is a little beat up. The AC/Heat are really loud. The pool, while functional, doesn't really look like the pictures. The bottom was apparently damaged in attempts to clean it out post hurricane. My kids still swam in it. The spa is not a hot tub. The kitchen is great and very well stocked. The bathrooms are fine, not great, but the water pressure was good and hot water supply extensive.

The home was perfect for our family of 5 adults and 3 small children. We loved the many areas to spread out. The home was conveniently located within walking distance to the many restaurants, bars, shopping and ice cream parlor which was a hit with the kids! We felt that the beach was located closer than the map portrays. Even with 3 small children it is within walking distance!The rental company was great, providing small gifts for the children. All the information was available that was needed in the property.The amenities exceeded our expectations. The kitchen included just about every appliance, pot, pan and utensil imaginable. The pool was well kept, with tons of pool/beach toys available for our convenience. We look forward to coming back to this property!

Late spring break

They did send a maintenance man out and he was helpful in getting the burners to light without having to use out side lighter and get the oven going. Washer and dryer worked, extremely loud because of their age 2nd refrigerator, which was helpful was extremely noisy. Mattresses were very uncomfortable. The home is in a great location and Pool area is very nice. The property was clean. Well maintained that way just needs updated appliances , New mattresses had to bring us a new coffee maker while were there coffee maker would not work

Reviewer Comments: We have been visiting AMI for 20 years and stayed at lots of various places on the Island Isle Haven A blew us away just amazing Everything was just perfect ideal location for the Beach, Restaurants, supermarkets Our daughter got married at the Sandbar in 2016 she was here with us with her husband and 2 sons aged 3 and 6 the pool was great they were in it everyday they loved it added bonus that it was warm due to the hot tub Would definitely recommend it if anyone is looking at booking here don’t hesitate Jody book it we already are looking at dates for next year🌞😄😄

It was close to the beach, shopping, excellent restaurants and the trolley stop. We had an issue with an awning, but it was very professionally rectified. The maintenance man, Kevin, was very accommodating. We will definitely recommend Florida Dreams and Isle Haven A to our friends who are looking for a wonderful location and responsive hosts!

Reviewer Comments: The property was very nice and as described in listing; however, the bathrooms were small. The beds were comfortable and plenty of linens and pillows. The kitchen was huge, but I could have done without the termites. They were unacceptable and something I had never experienced in a rental. It was wonderful having your own pool, but upon arrival toys, floats, furniture was not neatly organized. The shells around the pool are rough on the feet, so wear shoes. Artificial grass or some kind of turf would be easier to walk on. The steps into the pool could use a handrail for a safer entry in and out of the pool. The location of the property was convenient to everything. Next time I would prefer a view of the ocean and a portion on the beach with no seaweed, but that is not the owners fault. They do have a very nice place and it's well maintained. You can walk to several restaurants and shops. Florida Dreams was very responsive to questions, concerns, and requests. I paid $280.00 (TOO HIGH) for professional cleaning and should not have to strip the beds, take out the trash, or run the dishwasher, etc. My the time I left I felt like there was not much left for the maid to do.
