Quay #1904 - 19th floor - 10700 Coastal Hwy. Sat. to Sat. Rental Non-Smoking 1,131 Sq. Ft. A light and airy 2 bed/2 bath condo with beautiful marble tile floors and an updated kitchen! Living room has a queen sleep sofa plus matching love seat and arm chair, along with a TV and a VCR/DVD player. The dining room table seats six plus three bar stools at counter. You will find all stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Both bedrooms have a queen bed and a twin bed, along with a contemporary TV and VCR/DVD players. Full size Washer/Dryer in Unit. Great southern exposure, balcony along living room, wonderful view of downtown and bay, limited ocean view. Owner is providing FREE wireless internet available in this condo. Occupancy 8. This is a nonsmoking unit. Building amenities include a heated indoor pool, a heated outdoor pool, a tennis court, ping pong tables, and an arcade game room with pool tables. Poorly maintained and cleaned

While the kitchen and bathrooms appear to have been remodeled, it is the overall poor maintenance and cleanliness of the unit that makes one wary. Upon check in, we noticed the dishwasher was not run and still filled with dirty dishes. No biggie, we ran the washer, unloaded the dishes and chalked it up to a small oversight by the cleaning crew. We then noticed the shower sliding glass doors were not clean, but rather cloudy with a film of soap scum. On the second day, we had to call and request one of the boxsprings of a queen bed to be scrubbed of what appeared to be either vomit or a spilled beverage. That same evening, the bathtub in the hallway bathroom was used for a shower and we noticed slow drainage of the pooled water in the tub. We had to call maintenance the next norning when we realized the water was not draining at all. If bed comfort is important to you, be forewarned that the beds are rather old with minimal to no support. Lastly, the elevators are very slow - both to recall and in transit time. Quite an inconvenience when on a higher floor and on peak days. I would not recommend this unit or building based on these factors.

I loved my stay at The Quay unit 1904. Perfect location.

My husband, my 11 year old girl and myself just came back home yesterday after spending 5 days at the Quay. All of us are very glad that we chose this Unit. The view is amazing. On one side you have the bay and on the other side the beach. The unit is very spacious, but it does need some maintance. The beds are not comfortable and old. The toilets are also kind of old and the tub drain was clog. Despite all of this we still had a great time. The kitchen is great and it has all a person need to use to make a meal. We made breakfast everyday to save some $ on food and we made dinner two nights. All you need to bring is whatever you are going to cook. There is also a regular coffee maker which was great since on the website it says that there is only a keurig coffee maker. The place was clean and the beds had linens but i dont think they were clean as they had a very nasty smell. I am glad i had my own. It was really nice to wake up in the morning and sit on the balcony looking at the beach while sipping my coffee. The indoor pool was closed for two days idk why. But most people dont even use the pool since you are steps from the beach. I will definitely rent this unit again next year for one week. I just hope that the bed and toileta are upgrade it by then. I also want to thank Marlene as she was very nice. The Quay is the place to go if you are going to Ocean City.

Just right

This was a really nice place. We had 7 of us (3 adults, 4 children) and there was enough room for all of us to sleep. The only minor problem that we had was when we were all taking showers after each other, from either being at the beach or getting cleaned up for the day, we would run out of hot water after the 4th person. There was a nice breeze that would come through the sliding doors and windows. Even though it was a little ways away from the boardwalk, that actually made it nice. We didn't have the traffic to get out of condo unit, there wasn't a ton a people on the beach and we were within walking distance to stores.

Beautiful room with a beautiful view of the Coastal Highway.

Desk staff ranges from a little cranky to bright and chipper. The room was great weather was tough but the view of the strip made up for being stuck inside. Didn't realize no grilling in OCMD. we will plan accordingly next time. Short walk to the ocean. Beautiful kitchen had to improvise with some of the cookwear. New furniture fold out bed not the most comfortable but there was an air mattress.
