Relax on your next Oregon Coast escape at this dog-friendly house that includes an enclosed yard. The beach is within walking distance where you will find miles of sandy beach to explore. This rental has everything you'll need for a great getaway including a gas fireplace, fun-filled game room with a Nintendo Wii, shuffleboard table, and foosball, plus a full, well-equipped kitchen. Out back, you will find an enclosed yard, gas grill, and a private hot tub so you can enjoy the outdoors as well.



What's nearby:

The beach here tends to be uncrowded, and is a great spot to hunt for agates or fly kites. Salishan Resort is a short drive toward Lincoln City, where you can enjoy a day at the spa or play a round of golf. Continue on to Lincoln City for year-round crabbing and clamming. Fogarty Creek State Recreation Area is a short drive in the other direction toward Depoe Bay, where you can picnic or play on the beach and search for tide pools among the rocks. Just a bit further down the road is Depoe Bay, home of the world's smallest harbor and a fantastic place for whale watching.

Fix the leak under the sink in the upstairs room with the hide-a-bed. And both toilets upstairs constantly run unless you wiggle the handle. Other than that was a very nice staying at that place.

Immediately upon arrival on Friday, we noted multiple issues with the condition of the property and promptly contacted the host. I provided documentation via text and submitted photographs of the problems. We requested to be moved to a different property due to the unsanitary and unsafe condition of the home, and were told that a local representative would reach out to us if an alternative location became available. Unfortunately, we received no further communication or resolution during our stay.The issues with the property were numerous and unacceptable, including but not limited to:The overall property was filthy, with trash and clutter stuffed in closets and corners.Dirty underwear and shorts were found shoved into a closet.Of the three bathrooms, only one shower was operational.Two of the three toilets ran constantly and required manual intervention to refill and flush.The hot tub was filthy, with an exposed filter and unclean water.Several appliances did not function, including lights with inoperable switches.None of the TVs connected to the internet or functioned properly.The backyard was hazardousā€”grass was overgrown, and chemicals were left out on the porch, posing a safety risk.This experience was not only disappointing but also distressing, especially considering the cost of the rental and the expectation of a clean, safe, and fully functioning space for our vacation. The condition of this property falls far below any acceptable stan

A bit of a let down

The property sleeps a lot of people which is nice but unfortunately several things in the home were not working properly and the tech did not have instruction manuals. We had to call the property manager for multiple toilets not working properly, hot tub missing pieces, and gaming equipment not working well. The manager was responsive and kind but unfortunately he had other more pressing calls that day so took awhile. Super nice though. Just a bit of a bummer as we picked the house for the game room for the kids and paid more for that. The house was basically clean but could also use some maintenance and a deep clean (blinds, baseboards, cobwebs, drawers) and the upstairs bedroom with the balcony is missing half the blinds. The house could also use a touch up paint job. The lawn was overgrown. Just a bit worn and unkept for the price.

Really nice and confortable house.

House was great and the area was a super chill quiet neighborhood with the beach being within a 5 minute walk was great. The only thing that was a bummer was one of the wii controllers wouldnt work and there was no sand for the shuffleboard which made it unplayable. Reached out to the property manager and he was great and tracked down some sand after a couple days. So luckily we got to play before we left but those things were kind of the reason we picked this place for entertainment in the evenings and we couldnt use them for the first 2 nights. That being said everything else was great and would stay there again if in the area in the future.

Spring Break Stay

Overall, great stay. Thereā€™s a few minor issues we discovered such as leaks, a full dishwasher upon arrival, surfaces not wiped down, and some toilets not working but still a great place to go. Also LOVED the bidet!!! We got a great deal and enjoyed our stay at this lovely house.

We left a note as to a few things that need repaired. Would have been nice to have direction to the beach. House was good. Everything you need is supplied. Basically take your food if cooking. Kitchen is fully stocked. Nice bedrooms.will stay again.

Description on house isn't the same as the house

Grass isn't mowed if anyone wants to bring your pets. And try to pick up the poop. Toilets upstairs need to be repaired one ran all night. Lots of light bulbs out. Faucet in kitchen leaked. Microwave by the bar doesn't work. Lots of remotes but don't work. Very disappointed during our system won't rent again.

House was wonderful. Only 2 suggestions. 1) if your charging to use the hot tub it should be better maintained. It was foamy and it smelled bad. 2) have instructions on how to use the TV, video player or disc player. We were only able to turn the TV's on and off, but not able to get anything else to work. We could not even find or change a channel.

They made it very easy for us to arrive, settle in, and enjoy our week end. Walk to the beach for sunset and daytime. Plenty to do. The hot tub was lovely. Plenty of room for everyone.

Walking distance from the beach

The main reason why I'm giving this home 3 stars. Is because one of the showers was broken, some of the lights didn't work. And the room that has the bunk beds was not very clean. We weren't home much so it didn't bother us too much. I guess if they are going to charge cleaning fees they should do a better job. Overall the house was nice and we were glad we were able to take our 2 dogs. We would stay here again which hopefully they visit their current issues.

Ok for what it was

I was told 3 hrs before I was to check in that the hot tub was broke but they would give me $50 off a night. I called to see if I could cancel because the hot tub was gonna be an important part of the trip since we came to relax. They said they wouldnā€™t let me cancel because it was too late. I told them the reason we picked the house was because of the hot tub and the still refused to let me cancel and get my money back. I still ended up going and had a decent time. Wasnā€™t the cleanest. The way to get down to the beach was a little sketch.

Family vacation

The house was very comfortable for our large family. Could of been a little cleaner. Tvs are not very user friendly. Wasn't any batteries for the remotes, or lanterns.

Great place to stay at for a few days.

It was a very good place to stay at, in the game room there were different games, digital and non-digital. However, the digital games were very limited, but they are still good to last a few days.

Great gathering place!

What a great layout for family or friend gatherings. Well stocked kitchen, great selection of entertainment, fun and interesting books to browse. The pictures don't do justice to the rooms and amenities of this house. We really enjoyed staying here.

Property was great. Showers were awesome. Love that there was so many bathrooms. And the hose out front with the hot and cold water was great way to get the sand off before you went into the house. My only complaints were that there was not enough propane for the BBQ and the BBQ was in pretty rough shape. They did not have the backup propane take filled and we could have went to town and filled it and they would of reimbursed us but it was our last meal there and I did not want to go through all of that. Also had a lot of trouble with the internet not working the whole time. Never did figure out the surround sound either. But over all it was a great time and the house was super close to the beach.

Wonderful and Well Stocked!

We had a small girls getaway for my future sister-in laws bachelorette. Everything worked great, but the hot tub. We called and they helped us right away. It is bigger than it looks on the website. The kitchen has anything you could need for cooking. There was a freeway selection of games to choose from. We had a nice, relaxing weekend.

It was a great house and very roomy and spacious. Only downfall was not enough seating in the living room area. I wish they would have had a discount card or membership cards for yet attractions in the surrounding areas. The BBQ needs some care and cleaning other than that it was a great time.

Nice House - Many Issues

Plumbing was backed up when we got there. Had to buy chemicals to drain tubs. Shuffleboard & foosball table in terrible condition. Couldn't figure out how to use video games. Most all other games in kitchen missing pcs. Couldn't use hot tub as it leaked & super heavy lid was broken & I didn't trust the cleanliness but I paid an extra fee for use. Kitchen ceiling leaked the day before we left. Washing machine was super stinky so we had to clean that. The BBQ grill was disgusting & I couldn't get the propane to burn hot enough to begin to use it. That was a huge disappointment. I heard nothing back from property mgmt after reporting all of this. I specifically chose this place because of all the games for all ages & were unable to use 99% of them. Oh yes, foldup frames are all broken. We had to pull the mattresses off and some family had to sleep on the floor. They were only there 2 nights but that was my daughter with all the grandkids that I got this place for & there wasn't much they could play with because everything is broken. There's not much seating in the living room so with all the other amenities out of play, there was not only no room for the kids but nothing for them to do so it was difficult to keep them entertained. I hate to write bad reviews but sadly, it was one disappointment after the other. We stayed Thanksgiving week 2021 and I waited over a month to write this hoping the mgmt would offer some kind of compensation. The maintenance guy came by when we called in the ceiling leak & we went through everything with him plus I called Vacasa & told them everything. I was told I would be contacted by mgmt and that didn't happen which only adds insult to injury & compelled me to share my experience.

Great location for price!

Easy walk to the beach. The hot tub was a nice touch. There were some things that werenā€™t operating, but it wasnā€™t worth the trouble to contact Vacasa and our schedule was pretty packed, so we truly had no time to coordinate. The couch in the main room near the kitchen does not recline. Itā€™s a two seater sofa with a cup holder between so you canā€™t lay across the coach either. The plugs were all messed up so we just left it. Itā€™s the couch near the fireplace and main tv so being able to snuggle up would have been nice. The Toto toilet did not work. Maybe it was batteries, but again, didnā€™t have time to investigate. The drain in the upstairs bathroom (the one that is in the bedroom) was clogged. We couldnā€™t use that shower at all as the tub would fill up and that is gross! Communication with Vacasa was fairly smooth, but response time is slightly delayed. We had read in previous reviews that the oven wasnā€™t working, but it was functioning fine for us. I reached out in advance to make sure since we were doing a holiday meal there. They did respond, but not as timely as I would have hoped. Again, for pet friendly, it met my expectations, but those things I mentioned were definitely worth noting for future families.
